This place would've gotten 5 stars if the employees were properly trained. U can't fault the young newly waitress as she did her part but it fell on the kitchen and manager there. We sat down after another family. They ordered before us and we ordered cheese curds wings a med pizza and a mini pizza. Right after we got the cheese curds literally recieved med pizza and few min after the wings. Mind u the family hadn't even recieved their items yet. Then my husband finished his wings and half pizza and finally 10 min after he finished I finally got my mini pizza that was missing bbq pork. The family got their order minus 2 orders of wings they got after their meal was complete. I spoke with the cook which stated she was waiting on the manager to make more mini pizza crust. Which I explained if u don't have the order ingredients don't drop order in oven period u wait for pizza to go out together. I then spoke to the manager there which tried to blame the new waitress, which I told her she was doing her part and can't be blamed on kitchen stuff. The manager then said I'll speak to them. No apologies just Blame on employees which the waitress never ever blamed, she just apologized for all of them. Seems like she needed to train the manager in that aspect. In all my years at NPC doing all jobs in restaurant u never tell a customer and blame other staff members... u own the mistakes, make apologies and u check back up on the guests period. All in all, if proper training was established this restaurant will thrive and be great to the community. The waitress young inexperienced but pulled through has patience and will eventually be an awesome server in time. Management should always help where needed and schedule adequate staffing numbers instead of 3 people only on a Sunday. Also to making money u should def train to offer appetizers and desserts. I definitely would've ordered dessert but the new waitress was overwhelmed an very busy 7 tables which 2 was parties of 5. I really couldn't put that on her as I know her situation which is no fault on her but...
Read moreI love pizza & after eating it for the last 41 years, I like to think I'm a pizza expert, I've spent time in the military, 5yrs & then traveled as a professional driver hauling mail for post office, stopping for pizza at every available parking spot, that being said I've eaten a lot of pizza from coast to coast & border to border Mexico to Canada. Gary's Pizza is excellent small pizzeria that makes all the reg pies you would expect to see on the menu, they also serve shaved ice or sno cones I call em. Stick to the soda or water.. or ask for extra syrup on ur cup of shaved ice. It's a great family owned & operated dining environment with plenty of TV's u can watch the game on, also I think they serve alcohol, not sure what kinds , since I don't drink much. Mainly beer I think.. I always get the loaded bread sticks & pick a few toppings. The kids enjoy dining in, to play the claw machine after eating there personal pans.. I would recommend this restaurant over pizza hut for sure, or any other chain...
Read moreThe food here was amazing, the young man who brought it out was very nice. However our “waitress” was not so nice. There were two young ladies there tonight and both of them were very rude. At the time that my family and I were there we were the only ones there. We are on our way home from vacation and it was around 8pm. We understood that they closed at 9pm so we tried to be quick. When our waitress came over she got our drinks and after that she only came over to us one other time and that was to ask if we need refills as we were about to leave. As we were finishing up it was getting closer to 9 and we heard the waitresses talking about how they weren’t going to wait on nobody because they were going to close on time. They said this right by my table so they knew we heard them. In my opinion this was very rude and my family did not enjoy...
