Subway — Restaurant in Oswego Township

If you order by ap they will not let you watch them make your sandwich. In fact, the man will to "go sit down" and makes the "go away" hand gesture. He WILL NOT start making it until you go sit down, which is sus.

I order double meat because they have really cut down on the amount of meat they put on their subs. When I first started ordering double and if I stood there watching, I would get it. Then they decided to put up a lid so that you cannot see how much meat they put on. Now, when I order double meat and I NEVER get it anymore. I pay over $4 for it and they just pocket that money.

Several times I showed them pictures of my sandwich and they either tell me that IS double meat (3 very think slices deep) and to appease you, they will do you the favor of giving you a "couple of extra pieces." Twice I was told that they "forgot" and again offered just a "couple of extra pieces," which I'm sure I never got, but they won't let you see what they are doing behind the lid.

The man who co-owns can barely speak English or pretends not to understand if you have a problem, so do not waste your time talking to him. And he refuses to learn what "double meat" means. No, in reality, he deliberately rips you off and expects that you will just accept it, which I think a lot of people do. Which I was guilty of at first.

I stopped going to this one and went to Montgomery. It is owned by the same people and they do the same thing. The woman owner is just as shady. These owners are VERY dishonest people. I will go out of town for my Subway...

Very horrible service. The manager/owner started yelling at us when we asked for veggies on our pizza. I've never experienced such horrible customer service not to mention I'm nine months pregnant and he literally was yelling belligerently at me and my boyfriend. The fact that my parents don't even yell at me like this, but he thought he had the right and nerve to talk to me a customer, a PAYING customer like this....right. First, he told us that we have to pay for veggies when it clearly says on the sign veggies are free. My boyfriend proceeded to tell him that he used to work at Subway and he knows that veggies are free. This man started yelling at us telling him he never worked at Subway and he's a liar. He also proceeded to say, don't ever come back to my store leave right now and don't refund them their money. I am appalled that someone can talk to a customer like this. It was very disappointing and stressful event when we just wanted a foot long and a pizza. I will never be coming back to this location and I suggest you find a different location as well. Very...

If you’re looking to stop and grab Subway here, go to literally any other location. I still can’t believe I gave these people my money instead of just walking out.

To begin my visit, the employee put four pieces of roast beef on my sandwich. I know the sandwiches come with more than four pieces but when I asked for more, I was told I was going to be up charged. Another employee stepped in and informed them the sandwiches come with 8 slices. I then asked for cucumbers on my sandwich to which I only saw two pieces on there. I asked if she would put more on the sandwich and the owner stepped in saying “only 6 slices.” So only six pathetic slices of cucumbers were able to be put on my sandwich.
