Read moreI'm guessing the 2 reviews I just read that said "dresses from size 00-26" are written by the owners' friends. This store was mostly sizes 00, 0 and 2. We saw no size 10 or 12 on the sales floor. The staff is made up of teenagers who are not very attentive. We left after 15 minutes of looking through the store's displays of tiny dresses. Don't waste your gas money. There are 2 stores that gave my daughters much better experiences for prom and homecoming. While Prom Bay is only open on weekends, it has dresses on huge racks by dress length and size (They even have plus-size dresses). The minute you have a dress in your hand, the staff rushes over and adds it to your items. When you have 3 (or less, if you want), you get a room with assistants standing by to help with lacing, etc. They have a great range of prices, so you can find a dress on a budget, if you need to. Peaches (Chicago) can get pricey, but the dresses are all from well-known dress designers. You get a dedicated sales associate who helps you shop & try on. You can bring pictures of dresses from their website, and they will pull them for you, and find similar dresses while you are trying on your first 3 from the floor. Both of our sales associates were awesome. We are...
Read moreThis store has been my go to store for school dances, and after this experience Iâm not too sure anymore. I have to say Iâve never been more disappointed. I recently bought a dress here in August for my senior homecoming. As soon as I put this dress on, I immediately knew it was the one. I purchased it and was more than excited to wear it. Their policy states they will not sell the same dress in the same color to someone who attends your same school. I was extremely aggravated to find out that another girl had the same dress. It was confirmed I would be the only one in this dress at this school when in reality I was not. I tried calling to fix the situation and get a refund to purchase a different dress from them but was denied as it was a âvery similar dress but different brandâ. The dress was identical and the only difference was the brand as they claimed. Iâm disappointed this was the outcome and there was not much done for the situation. I hope other girls wonât have...
