It’s unfortunate to have had a bad experience recently. I have lived in the area for over an 11/2 years and visited the Oswego Inn 3 times. Two visits I ordered pizza and left. The final one was just last night. My son had just gotten home from work which is around 11:30pm. I thought ordering a couple pizzas would be good. I am not here to call anyone out but my experience last night was far from a NICE one. As I was walking in, both bartenders behind the bar were doing shots. Mind you, this was around 11:30pm . I can only imagine how many more they had prior. I just wanted pizza. As I waited I was asked what I wanted to drink and I had WATER. It so happened that the gentleman next to me knew a mutual friend. So we talked and asked for a shot of tequila which both of us and the bartender did one as well. Once I received both of my pizzas, I was ready to walk back home. The gentleman next to me and I asked for another shot which we included the bartender who had a shot earlier with us. The bartender walked over to the long blonde hair lady with glasses and she came over and accused the gentleman he was too drunk, she said “no , I’m the boss and your not getting a shot”( which was far from the truth. She was much more intoxicated than he was) . I was completely caught off guard with her behavior. It was like she went from nice to nasty with in minutes. To be honest, I was embarrassed for her and the other bartender. The gentleman had ordered a pizza and decided to go outside after the ordeal. As I was heading out, the male bartender looked at me and said” if you don’t like it, then don’t come back” I was so thrown off with his comment. I just stared at him and said “ I can’t even process what you said and happened . You both went from nice to rude with in minutes. “ Actually he was good until the blonde / glasses lady reacted nasty. Anyhow, my point is, to share how an amazing town Oswego is. It only takes a bad experience to ruin it for lots of customers. If you’re in customer service industry then deal with it. I have worked in the serving industry, it’s how you react and handle yourself in different circumstances. If you can’t take it, then do...
