The person working the food line needs to either be trained again or taken off the line completely. She was completely disorganized and unapologetic. I asked for a Bowl with chow mein and orange chicken. Maybe she would have heard me better if she would have looked up and acknowledged me even just once. Instead, she mumbled something about chow mein being out and "a couple" people in line ahead of me to get more. I chose to wait and complete chaos ensued. "Noemi" was barking out orders to everyone else, while not taking any responsibility for the fact that she got all of the orders confused. The only thing she was concerned about was making sure everyone was charged BEFORE the food was even made. Then, when I was showing the cashier that she overcharged me on the receipt, Noemi steps in on her little power trip and tells me I'm trying to steal someone else's food and it's wrong. That is NOT what my intent was. In fact, I was trying to inquire why THEY were stealing from me. I'm sure that was a tactic to throw me off so they could get away with overcharging me. She and her co-conspirator seemed used to the setup. I ended up walking out with a smaller portion than what I was charged for so beware of them literally...
Read moreI ordered pickup. A family member is currently in the hospital. It takes around ten minutes just to walk through the hospital and through the parking garage. I was already exhausted, but decided to do pickup. I got there and they had me my food, but no soda. I had to ask for my sis. I get back to the hospital and sit down to eat when I find that part of my order is missing. In order to either get the rest of the food or get a partial refund, I had to go all the way back there with my receipt to prove that I ordered the food (which would have been in the system). My son had already started to eat his food, so I wasn't about to take it from him to take it back and show them that they shorted us. They should have just done a partial refund. Instead, they were rude. I won't order...
Read moreThe food is what one should expect of a Chinese food buffet in a café court in a mall. Let's have realistic expectations, people! I'm giving this place 5-stars for friendly, professional service. I showed up hangry and waited in line only to realize once my food was ready that I'd left my wallet at home (30 minutes away). I didn't get the cashier's name but he had long braids or dreads (pulled back, under a hat, of course) and he was super patient and kind as I struggled to update my bank account on ApplePay. Thank you, friend, for looking after me despite my own frustration and...
