Great place for kids to play!!! Not the best place to pay for a “hassle free” birthday party. Don’t get me wrong, the kids had so much fun playing in the play area. It’s incredible. Birthday party wise left much to be desired. Here’s what you should know before booking: Upon check-in staff was not very knowledgeable. You get a picnic table with plates and cups. No lids on cups, so when there’s an inevitable spill you will be handed a pile of napkins to clean the floor. I’m happy to clean up after my kids. However, I missed a fun part of the party on my hands and knees cleaning the floor. Young kids should probably have lids or individual juice boxes. Huggy parade is very impersonal. Don’t not expect anything special for your birthday kiddo. It’s just a crazy mass of every child in the facility. If you order a cake from them, you have to ask for it multiple times. Don’t forget to ask for a way to cut and serve it, unless you brought your own knife. It’s not automatically provided. It states every child gets a party bag. We did not. We also had to constantly stay at the party table instead of interacting with the kids because other random children were coming over stealing balloons, cake, and drinks. Great use of space for ALL ages. My son is 18 months and loved it. The dance party room is wonderful; however, the reason why this location looks clean is because it’s new.

I felt more like an employee while I was there instead of a guest. I had to pick up a pizza box someone left on a table bench that my son tried to get into, wiping up drink spills that a family was not cleaning up because I almost stepped into it with no shoes on of course, threw away a cup of marinara I saw on the ground, and I saw absolutely ZERO employees out on the floor on a busy Saturday night doing anything. I saw one employee at the front the whole time who didn’t seem too confident in her knowledge of kids empire - maybe she’s shy which is okay, and another employee in and out of their back room, but mostly in the back room. His pants were hanging down past his bottom when I saw him helping someone at the snack counter.

My son had a great time, yet if management doesn’t get ahold of this issue now, it’s going to turn into another dump way sooner than people want. Please give customers a clean space to let our children have fun. Don’t let this place become...

I cannot say enough great things about Kids Empire! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. Audra and her staff was welcoming, professional, and so attentive to every detail, making sure the kids were entertained and the parents could relax and enjoy. The play areas are clean, spacious, and bursting with fun activities for kids of all ages.
