I love Sonic-especially for ice cream-but after the same two issues on two different visits, it’s not going to get a good review. We ordered sonic blasts and my boyfriend added a second topping. It wasn’t added to the screen and the person on the speaker plugged it in, asked if it completed our order, said the total and turned off the mic. I don’t know if there is a processor delay between them typing and it showing up but we repressed the button. The gentleman said “yep. What else can I get for you?” We clarified what the mistake was and he said he would get it fixed for us. The problem is that even though he repeated the correct order, we didn’t get it. My boyfriend asked for a reese’s and Oreo (the added topping) sonic blast and I got a caramel brownie master blast. His came with just Reese’s on the top but no Oreo and the Reese’s weren’t even mixed. Literally ice cream and a dump of reese’s. For almost $4, come on! They didn’t put brownie in mine but a few rouge Oreo pieces. They did correct it but mine didn’t have a lot of brownie. I think my small (they do have a mini size for future reference) was just over $4 and for $4 Dairy Queen or a froyo place would have been a much better deal.
We have had this same problem were ice cream mishaps with this same order happened late last summer.
Notes-make sure that the team members verify the order and double check that the blasts are made correctly. All sonics have been getting more expensive but we do try to occasionally treat ourselves but we will most likely not be returning to this location for awhile. Also, the female team member that took back our ice cream seemed mad at us but I don’t know why.

Read moreWorst fast food experience ever. Pulled into stall #13 and ordered my food. Then after I paid two cars pulled in on either side of me and ordered from the intercom. I waited for my ice cream order and watched as both cars to the side of me were served. Neither of them ordered from the app because I could hear them with my windows down. They left after being served, i continued to wait and another car pulled into the stall to the right, and they were still served before I was. At that point I got out of the car because I was frustrated, I asked the car hop why we were still waiting. He said he would check and as he was walking away, he said, "maybe you'll tip next time". I was beyond furious at that point. I asked for my refund and left with Winnie the GMs number. It's clear this business has gone down hill and I will be taking my business across the road to Freddie's!
I can't wait for the bot/customer service response to come in from corporate. Please call us and then they do nothing to remedy the experience. They'll reach out to the owner and they'll get back. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience with this location. Still waiting on that followup from years ago. Big business getting away with...
Read moreI have been attending this sonic for a while now around 2-3 years and I never seemed to have a bad experience. Everyone I encountered was great and the food came out on time. The servers always had a great energy and vibe to them when serving my food and always seemed to start a conversation whenever there was time to do so. Although I’ve had great experiences the last couple weeks haven’t been the same for me. Food has been slow, energy from the people there hadn’t been the same as it used to be, and one girl who brought my food out was just straight up rude, was trying to pressure me into spending more money than I wanted to. When I read her name tag it said Maddison. I had never seen her before but if I had to take my guess she’s probably the reason why everyone has been acting so different and not having the same energy when it comes to serving us customers are food.
