Burger King — Restaurant in Overland

If I could give this BK no stars i would .I've visited this BK numerous times and ordered the same thing everytime. This time it was the worst experience and I am not only offended but angry and disgusted with these employees. I am the mother of a diabetic CHILD who I may add was in the car with mye when I ordered her meal. I normally order an impossible whopper with no bun which they have in their system as a low carb meal. The cashier said through the intercom no bun in a very irritating way as to imply what I was ordering was disgusting and questioned what I said . then when I got to the window she was laughing with her co workers . She took my card and I had to ask for it back because she was paying attention to them more than me . I could tell they were laughing at my order. Another woman came to the window asking how is she supposed to do the sides . I told her they usually make the burger like they normally do just no bun and its placed in a box. She said they dont have boxes so she would put it in a cup.when I received the order the side of the cup had HAIR on the side of the cup! I went inside to get the corporate number and i will be filing a complaint.not only were they unprofessional but they made my child feel like something was abnormal with her with the response they gave when I ordered her food. we have gone to numerous restaurants and have NEVER...

Extremely poor environment, extremely poor quality, extremely poor employees. It's a theme from Broadway it'd seem, but this store is by far the worst.

Get off a 13 hour shift, and have to deal with the girl at the speaker who got all the way through our order until she supposedly got too confused to finish putting in TWO MEALS and made us pull up to the window to order. With the manager standing right behind her, watching us, and somehow STILL got the order wrong.

She had to holler back to the cook to "fix" our order she screwed up at the speaker first (meaning just scrape off the toppings soaked into the bun). If I wanted plain with tiny globs of soaked-in mayo and ketchup, I'd order that. Completely ruined the burger.

But beside that the smaller burger we ordered was all slanted and pouring into the wrap, while covered in more mayo than a normal sized burger. Fries were stale and crunchy not crispy. Mozzarella sticks were an assorted not cooked all the way, or overcooked.

Service aside, there was literally a crackhead in the parking lot trying to holler at us and other people.

Broadway is abysmal. The last district manager they had when I worked under them was a very obvious drug addict, it seems all they do is hire from the sheer bottom of the barrel. Don't eat at their chains, whatever you do, especially...

The meat in my whopper with cheese wasnt hot and tasted tough and old..like it had been cooked long ago and held too long.

Came back 7/19/2019 Went through drive thru and got in line at 9:58, placed my order at 10:13, paid at 10:16 I overheard her ask about my chicken sandwiches and they said they forgot and were putting them in the fryer now . After about 13 more mins of waiting in my car I finally started knocking on the doors ( the dining room closed for the night )to try to get someones attention and had no luck. Finally I had to drive around to the drive through food pick up area and yell across thru other customers car windows to try to get their attention , they'd obviously forgotten about me again. The lady that finally came out to hand me my food offered zero apologies except to tell me that she thought she mentioned it would be an 8 minute wait. She didn't. If she had I would have instantly asked for my money back as I had already spent too much time waiting for them to get their act together. It took a total of 30 mins to get my chicken sandwiches. ..is this still considered fast food? Service was slow and unprofessional. Only go here as a last resort and only if you don't value your time. ...
