McDonald's — Restaurant in Owasso

December 2022: Forgot my larged iced mocha, charged me an extra $1.59 for a large coke when it was supposed to be included with the meal, charged me for a crispy chicken sandwich but gave me a mchicken. I was charged for a mcrib meal and just received the sandwich. I basically paid an extra $12 from what I should've based on what they gave me. Also, the people taking my order and receiving my payment were super unprofessional and rude. It seems like they could hardly even speak English.

April 2023: Decided to give this location another chance. Took me over an hour to get my food. They rejected my coupon, and it actually took me so long to get to the pay window from the speaker that I was able to use a new coupon, and they rejected that one too. They refused to elaborate as to why. They have a 2 lane drive thru, but they never utilize both lanes. And once you get past the speaker, it's impossible to bail because there's online pickup order parking spots 6 inches away from where the cars drive through, so you just need to wait another 30-40 minutes. Many people seem to have been waiting there for an hour or longer in the online area. Once I finally arrived to the second window they asked to see my receipt because they didn't know my order. I arrived at 6:16pm, and I received my food at 7:25pm. They forgot my sauce and my food was cold. They were also out of Coca-Cola. This was ridiculous. My family and I came into McDonald's looking for a place to cool down. We weren't greeted, fine, they're busy. We waited in the lobby while employees were in the kitchen working and we weren't acknowledged. That's fine, there's kiosks, I can use that! I struggled to get it to take a payment. Employees are watching us at this point. The kiosk had a pay at the counter option, so I chose it. We waited in the front while we thought our food was being made and I would pay. I decided to be patient and give them more time. I've been there. I've worked in fast food for years. The lobby was roped off in areas and raised for people to get through so we took a seat. Then this employee came to the front, guns a blazin', pointing at the ropes saying that the lobby is closed. She had an Ichiraku Ramen mask on, and seemed to be in charge. I asked if I could pay for my order and she said she didn't have one. I got a ticket, #53 to be exact, from the kiosk. She said she never got an order because it wasn't paid for. All of the confusion, the way we were treated, and the tone we were spoken to was uncalled for. Today was very poor service and quality of food. 1145 am at the register cashier walks off, does not return, unknown reason. A sad cashier comes along 5 or 6 minutes later with no greeting, says whats your order. 4 to 6 minutes later food is up and to go. Get to my automobile, fries are a mix of old and somewhat fresh. Most of which are soggy. I move on to my quarter pounder with cheese, which had an extra helping of ketchup, and about a third of the burger was on hockey puck fashion. Hard, fry and burned.

As of 72324 if you go in during the week after the 9pm, service is very poor. A women with chopped hair very rude and not helpful. However, the blue haired male is polite and professional. Seems they changed their cheese, taste stale, and like cardboard. I realize McDonald's is a quick food. Prices have sky rocketed here. Can go to a regular restaurant and get a better meal for the price of a value meal. Most times after 9 pm, the fries are stale and not fresh. Taste as if they have been under the warmer for some time. The cook just slaps the food together as quickly as they can. Don't order a fish sandwich, she will slap on cold tarter sauce in abundance.
