I went in there three weeks ago, the guy at the counter, Cameron, was too busy being a comedian and trying to play around instead of making my sandwich and letting me get out of there. By the time I finally get to pay for my food, I’m just ready to go, and don’t notice that he charged me for two sandwiches when I only ordered one. I called the store when I get home and ask if I can come back to get a refund. The manager is leaving in 30 minutes and won’t be back till tomorrow and that’s when I can get my money. I show up the next day around the same time, they cannot give refunds unless it’s on the day of purchase. They will not give me a gift card for the food as I asked. The manager Nadine tells me that she has to take my receipt (which apparently is necessary to have a receipt number in order to complain online) and send it to her area manager and it doesn’t get sent out for another six days, then when she looks at it she will be issuing a refund. I called every week with the same response “she’ll look at it”. Today is three weeks since I was told she would get my refund, now the store keeps hanging up on me and refusing to give me the corporate number, area manager number, or even just my receipt number!!! Why can I not get a refund for one sandwich??? Your people aren’t paying attention to their job, And overcharging people, and you will do nothing about it?? I only ordered one sandwich, I only received one sandwich, I should only have to pay for one...
Read moreI have been going to this location since the one near my apartment close down at this location the restaurant is always filthy the food is usually undercooked or overcooked there have been times when the vegetables have been frozen solid or starting to mold the chips are always stale last night I decided to give this location another chance I went in almost at 9 p.m. there were three teenagers working the girl had only been working there for a couple days and did not know how to run the register the two boys were refusing to do anything to help her with the register one of the boys made my sandwiches he proceeded to eat the items that he was putting in the sandwiches as he was making them he also kept running his hand through his hair and scratching his nose while making the sandwiches he also kept a dropping items and then putting them on the sandwiches this location usually has they're oven down as in not working if you want toasted sandwiches you have to call ahead and find out if it's working or take it home and toast it yourself I have actually been told by the manager to do this overall if I could I would rate this location as a zero and will be traveling to Collinsville Oklahoma should get Subway from now on even though it is quite far from where I live they closed down one of the best locations with the best employees and catch this one how ridiculous Subway...
Read moreMobile app and in store… Absolutely horrible… ordered a month ago through drive thru and went home and the my bread was doughy and I called them and they stated the regional came in and lowered their temps on oven… asked them to have someone call me and no one did… your bread is not done gross.. I went yesterday (a month later) and ordered through the app and they never received it so at the drive thru made me come in and I waited 20 min fir them to decide to make it… I requested a refund since I paid through app and they said they can’t unless the order came through…Subway needs to focus on their customers service!! And hire more professional staff members and fresh food products… the gentleman waiting on me kept taking his visor off and running his hands through his hair over the food because he was frustrated and said he couldn’t focus today. Also ppl in drive thru complaining because speaker would not work and ppl had to get out of their car while in drive thru and come in while the lady in drive thru window was complaining and asking where her food was because she waited along time… This subway needs to go and make...
