Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Owasso

Love the food here, however the evening staff needs to step it up. Continuously telling me it's going to be a 10+ minute wait because you make everything fresh 3 different times while I'm ordering just goes to show they are intentionally deterring customers away so they don't have to prepare the food. This was an HOUR before close. This wasn't 10 minutes before closing which I understand, this was 9:02pm and they close at 10pm.

While I sat in the drive thru I overheard the lady on the drive thru tell someone they have a lot of fries to make right now and that it would be at least a 20 minute wait. The person in the car literally drove off after they said that.

Coming here in the day you usually wait 5 minutes max. I don't mind the 10 minute wait I just don't like feeling I'm an inconvenience for deciding to get dinner here an hour before you close.

Hopefully management will see this and fix this issue, or at least get a few more people to work the night shift to avoid this.

There was only 2 cars in front during this as well so they definitely were not busy.

First Time I ate there I order the chicken strip dinner meal and appetizers were cheese bites and some extra texas toast. I pulled to the window was the only person in the drive thru. They took my money and I set there for 10 mins thinking okay its gunna be fresh and hot and thats how I like it! Well this guy comes to the window gives me my change and i asked for extra ranch an honey mustard. I left and got home I live 3 miles away from Zaxbys. When I got home the chicken wasnt fresh it was pretty hard like it had been cooked and sat out for awhile then thrown back into fryer to heat them up the frys were cold and the cheese bites were halfway cooked and the texas toast was so hard on the corner I couldnt eat it. And it really sucks because I had heard good things about them but just for that meal that was for one person cost 17$ an it was really disappointing because i was looking forward to a good meal. Their to expensive I would rather go to Buffalo Wild Wings where they have a bigger selection and better entertainment for...

The most important thing about this location is that that play Christian music honoring God in their buisness!!!! I can not begin to say enough about how much I admire, appreciate , and respect them for that! I love that on the bathroom doors it has chickens and says hens and roosters, super cute!!!! Also, employees although young are very polite and well mannered which tells me they are treated well! The ranch/bacon finger tacos are phenomenal! The sweet tea is pretty good too ( I'd add a smidge more sugar though). Over all we love this location and will continue to come back! So , thankful I don't have to cringe with the "music" that is played. My Autistic son knows the songs because it's what we listen to and after we eat he kinda chills out and sings along with his eyes closed just relaxing and spending time with Jesus. It's good stuff!!!
