Poor Management This place went down hill so quickly:/. When airtopia first opened it was GREAT! It was clean, the equipment was new, it was local, it was a great addition to the community. My family and I’s experiences here were so good, we decided to buy a membership so that we could enjoy the park every week. A couple of weeks after we purchased a membership we watched the park start to decline. The workers (mainly all teenagers) were not very professional (which I could overlook because I understand they are young), but the main problem was the cleanliness. As the weeks went by, my husband and I saw the accumulation of trash, gum, band aids, hair, dust bunnies, etc. in every attraction. It was disgusting. I tried coming at various times (in the morning at park opening, in the afternoon, and also in the evening) to see if the time of day made a difference…it did not; the attractions always had that same filth. In the evenings I have seen the workers vacuuming and semi “mopping”, but the place is not cleaned well (especially with it being a high contact facility catering to kids). I have never once witnessed any of the attractions (kids soft play structure area, kids tot area, ninja area) being cleaned. But I have noticed the same filth in those areas week after week (which makes it clear the areas are not being cleaned). After three months of watching my young kids crawl through dirty attractions I finally decided to cancel my membership. I actually spoke to a manager about it, because I was hoping he would say the cleanliness would be addressed (if that were the case I wouldn’t have cancelled the membership since my children love airtopia). The manager that reluctantly came to the front desk was Greg. I have never interacted with a manager like Greg before. When he arrived at the front, I told him that I would like to cancel my membership. He said “okay”, and handed me a form to fill out. (He didn’t ask if there was a problem). As I proceeded to fill out the form, I stopped and said to Greg, “It doesn’t seem like you care because you never asked, but just in case you were wondering, I am canceling the membership because this place has gotten so dirty. I mainly use the tot area since my kids are so young, and that place is filthy.” Greg literally just stared at me and said nothing. He literally said nothing! That was so bizarre to me. At the very least he could have said “I am sorry that was your experience; I’ll address that with the staff.” Or “that is something we are working on, we’re trying to improve.” Or even just “I am sorry about that.” But no, Greg stared at me with a blank look, said nothing, and then took my form once I finished signing. He never thanked me for my business for 3 months, or even acknowledged that I was a person. It was a strange interaction (especially coming from a “manager”). Lastly, if the owner happens to read this review: on the cancellation form that I filled out, I stated why I was canceling my membership (cleanliness… and I wrote down specifics). As the owner, you had my contact information and should have reached out to address these issues/concerns. I never heard anything from airtopia. It definitely does not seem like you value your customers. That’s...
Read moreWe visited this trampoline park a couple times before purchasing the monthly membership for our kids. We were quite pleased the first two visits, there was plenty of staff, the park is large with so many activities and the food was decent. The kids had a great time so we decided instead of paying $30 per child for one visit we could do the monthly membership and bring them after school a few times a week to burn some energy and it'll be a fun way for them to exercise. We went yesterday for our first visit since the membership was purchased and I have a few issues/concerns.
I could not find any person that resembled an adult working in the entire building. Teenagers appeared to be running the place. There were teenagers running full speed through the building, almost knocking other kids down. There were also about 12 kids all playing on the basketball mats at once. The young boy managing the vortex would intentionally speed the machine up as the kids were about to jump making their timing off. One little boy went flying off the pad because of the speed and force. I watched the boy managing the controls laugh and do this multiple times. Fortunately, my kids were fast enough jumping over or they would jump off the pad to avoid it all together. This could be a very careless accident if a child landed incorrectly and damaged his spine or anything. How about choosing more mature workers or make sure they are being supervised? Four attractions were closed because they were short staff or broken, so I was told. Where's the fun in that if half the attractions are out of commission? Why do we need to pay $2.75 for a fountain water? This is tap water, not sure it's even filtered. I cannot drink soda or sugary drinks. I only drink water. This is quite a rip off.
I sent a Facebook message prior to this post while I was still in the building, as I could t find a grown up. My hope was that someone would care enough to respond. Two days later no response, so I decided to give you a review instead.
The facility could be great, but the lack of ADULT supervision is troubling and honestly a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm strongly considering cancelling our family's membership. I understand that businesses are struggling to hire workers, but your business will not last long if it's...

My issue is the verse experience. Our family went on Friday evening. There were 8 of us. Several of our party could complete the experience however not all of us. My husband could hear but not see anything. I walked him out. They fixed his headset and he was able to complete it. The 2 youngest had issues and gave up. I was on level 2 when out of the blue I got a huge box saying critical low need to charge. I walked out. The operator tried to get it charging. Still a huge box in my vision. I was asked if I wanted to start over and declined. So here are my thoughts. I only saw 8 headsets. We were a party of 8 with reservations. If the experience is only one in oklahoma and the tickets are what they are...why is there no extra batteries? Why did so many have issues? There's a sign saying the headsets are expensive and not to touch or take them off. If something happens to them you are possibly responsible for damages. I can understand that part however...how can you sell tickets for this experience with malfunctioning headsets. If you knew a big party was due in...why were they not fully charged and tested daily? While I was able to play at first...that was interesting.
Here's the pros for me. AR doesn't make me sick like VR does. Being able to hear individually so the experience is unique to each player is fun. Being able to Interact virtually without hand controls
Cons Not charged headsets Malfunctioning headsets No resolution to pick up where you left off in these situations and have to start over or give up. Limited visibility in AR while playing. So like the scene would not stay stable for me. I'd look around up and down and in the distance things were clear but as I got closer the landscape would change and id suddenly be standing on a rock or jack o lantern that wasn't there as I was walking up to it. So possibly it was a glitch?
Overall personally I would only do the verse experience again after its been tested better and the kinks worked out that I listed above otherwise its a giant waste of...
