Subway — Restaurant in Oxford Township

I called too see if this location honors subway coupons. The server answered then immediately hung up. So I called again the server answered and says who is this what do you want, I said I want to know if you accept subway coupons he says no! I say what he says no! Who are you I said I'm a customer he goes ohhh you come in good by! I went in this Subway prior with a subway coupon buy any footlong get one free. So I ordered then the server said I couldn't use the coupon because I could only the ones from a hand written list on typing paper taped to the wall. I couldn't understand a word this guy said I'll never go back...

I came here in the 90s to visit my family. It's the branch on the right hand side of a U shape, near Miami University.

I have to say Subway in the UK before and after I tried the sandwich here is not the same at all.

I didn't eat extra lunch as I normally would after that massive sandwich. The bread and filling are very different tasting from the ones at Subway in the UK.

Customer service was excellent.

Very unprofessional, guy who was making the sandwich was on the phone using a bluetooth the whole time he was taking the order. Had to repeat what I wanted on the sandwich multiple times and he put the wrong sauce on the sandwich even after telling him that it wasn't the right one and saying "no" repeatedly. He proceeded to almost put 2 other sauces on the sandwich when I was trying to explain he put the wrong sauce on it, he clearly wasn't listening because he was on the phone.
