I decided not to update my less than generous review, but to delete it. I want to completely amend my previous review. I just spoke with the supervisor Shane, he was extremely nice and caring. Apparently there was simply a communication problem that led to a misunderstanding. Shane definitely made it right and cemented my opinion of wild berry as a company. Treatment like this is why I've used their incense ONLY for several years. What I neglected to tell Shane was, even though I moved out of town and away from the store I buy them at, I still drive almost 50 miles just to purchase their incense. This is my go to for incense after buying a incense burner and receiving horrible smelling incense cones. After looking online I choose Wild Berry Incense and I'm so glad I did! I ordered the small sample packs of almost every scent, and everyone of them have been great. Even better, they gave me a free pack of stick incense to try. I will be ordering from them from now on. You have to try this company if you love incense, you will love them.

These are definitely premium incense, both in how good they smell, and the size of the incense cones. They are worth the money, which is not expensive at all. Also, they burn so clean. No sticky oily resin left on your burner...

Maybe its just me but, these incense are THE WORST! I first purchased this brand in my early 20's (im now in my mid 30's) and I realized then that they arent that great. The incense smell amazing and then you light them and it gives a completely different effect. Ive also noticed they all smell the same. Ive tried several other brands since and I can say these are by far one of the bottom shelf brands. I recently (today) purchased some more to see if things have changed and guess what?
