Beyond mad is not the word I came in looking for.different options of vapes because I lost mine me and my husband looked around because most the smoke shops sell counterfeit crap and low and behold he did the same. I got a Mr fog switch he said was 15 not only was it fake but after I paid he said no refunds if it didn't work I thought that was a weird interaction walked to my car opened the vape and low and behold he sold me the shitty broken counterfeit Mr foggs he has costing me 36 total to replace the vape he sold me broken! Went to a vape store down the street and he couldn't believe he don't offer to let me try it and make sure it was working before I left and that he wouldn't replace it if it was was a sign of bad business for sure! He let me try out the vape inside his store on college corner and it worked and was legit! Don't go here just a waste of money especially when he knows the vapes are broke hence...

The lady that works day shift, I am guessing … she is unprofessional and rude and plays on her phone while assisting customers. I will not be returning to any of the smoke shops owned by these people because this is not the first incident I’ve encountered at their businesses.
