Words cannot describe how I felt in the Drive-Thru today. Today is Veterans Day. I was on my way home from work and all day I heard about a free Donut for veterans on the radio and internet. I went to the Oxford Dunkin Donuts and was refused a veteran's donut. The attendant said that his store was independently operated and did not celebrate Dunkin Donuts veterans donut day. I was heartbroken and drove home. I served from 1989 to 1995 US army military police Corps

Seriously. I place an order ONLINE. I get there no one knows about it. The rudest people I’ve ever met. EVEN though I’m a regular customer I will NEVER come back here. No bags so my food is going to be stale. No muffins that I ordered. No straws for ice coffee. Seriously I spend a lot of money here. NEVER AGAIN

This Dunks is not like any other dunks in the area that I've ever been to.

I don't know why if it's just the management that runs it or what but they're a little extra like they put their delivery in bags and they have like a tap that almost you would expect at a bar but for coffee something maybe you would see in Starbucks.

So in comparison to all the other Dunkins I guess you would say that this one is elite

However its employees hold it back from being truly great.

I've just gone in there too many times and seen a couple people who just really didn't do anything at all and we're just their existing not contributing to the work at all causing more work and confusion by being such dead weight employees.

It's got a few Superstar employees and then it's got some deadbeats so until they fix that this place will never reach its...

4th of july before 5pm I went inside to get a couple drinks when i noticed the napkin holder was empty i kindly asked an employee named Ian for some napkins He didnt even look or acknowledged me But it took him 10 seconds just to say "In a moment" I had to wait for Ian as he slowly filled cups and finally he slowly reached for the napkins He held them out towards me so that i had to reach over the counter for them I had to waste minutes inside for something that couldve just taken a few seconds

Ian was miserable and he was very unfriendly

Next time i will go to Mcdonalds For my iced coffee At least ill pay less money for the drinks and get friendlier...

I was at Dunkin Donuts Drive-thru they have the best frozen caramel coffee LOL. They are very polite I have my service dog with me she was sitting in the back when I come up to the window to pay the young lady at the window realize because my dog stuck her head out the window so the young lady asks me can I give her and she gave me a name of this little thing is I don't remember but I know it wasn't going to do no harm to my dog and that's for sure she took it upon her to give it to her herself and give me a couple of them for her they like treats to my dog now I enjoyed Dunkin and I love the staff five stars...
