Placed an order for a party at work and they were very polite and explained everything to me (since I don’t know Spanish I didn’t know what some of the foods were) When I got there to pick it up the lady up front Greeted me kindly and respectfully asked me what I was there for and I told her she told her it wasn’t ready yet which I knew because I was about 30 minutes early and had to get other stuff from the grocery area of the store when it was done right on time everything was fresh and hot when it came time to take it out to my car I told her I would be back a few times to grab it because it was a pretty big order she ended up helping me carry everything out to my car and helping me put it in my truck so that it wouldn’t spill and I only had to make one trip food was delicious and everyone enjoyed it at work and asked me where I got it from. My first time there and likely my last. We ordered two cheese quesadillas, one with shrimp and onions, a side of beans, and chips and salsa. The chips were so greasy/oily smelling and tasting that they were not edible. The cooking oil must have been WAY past it's prime. The smell permeated my vehicle on the drive home. The salsa was tasty and served in a generous portion, as were the beans. The shrimp were also very greasy, however. The cheese in the plain quesadilla was simply shredded cheese and not even melted. I don't understand that at all! I had hoped for a better experience because this place is much closer to home than our usual spot, but I will continue to drive the extra distance. Second time visiting this place. The service needs a lot of improvement. It was seat yourself. I sat at the table for a good ten minutes before I was acknowledged by the wait staff. The wait staff preferred to clean off the tables before welcoming me. I ordered food for dine in and food for takeout. The food was delicious. After half an hour, I noticed the two waitresses in a hurry to leave. I asked her if my takeout was at the counter, and she said yes. I went to the counter to pay for my food and my takeout food was not at the counter waiting for me - nor was it given to the kitchen to prepare.
