Went to this particular Waffle House to have a bit with a friend and we both found the atmosphere to be good. The servers were fast and friendly. The cook was fast and the food tasted great. It wasn't very crowded when we went so we got to sit and chat. The waitress never acted like we we're a nuisance like some do. She continued to ask if we needed anything and had a smile on her face. The cook even came and asked us of the food was prepared to our liking. All in all it was a very good experience at this establishment. I would definitely recommend choosing this particular Waffle House for you breakfast needs. If this review helped you, please hit the thumbs up. Thank you.

I was impressed. At the time I ate there the staff seemed to be of all Caucasian descent, but the customer base was Hispanic, Caucasian, African American or other "non-white". Everyone had a smile on their face. Watching how everyone was treated I felt the staff went out of their way to be pleasant to everyone. It was nice to see.👍👍 The food was AWESOME! My eggs were cooked perfectly! Order was correct on the first try. Dining room appeared clean and well maintained. Communication was enforced from management when other staff members might not have had a correct answer. I normally only post pretty food pictures, but sometimes messy is the best! Yum!🍳

I've been visiting this place for years! Every time I leave full and satisfied 😌 Buffy was our waitress and she was great! They are all so friendly and make sure they get every detail right with our order, which I appreciate so much because I can be a bit difficult lol

I hate to complain in this. But, I have worked in a lot of fast food and dine-in restaurants all over the south from the age of 14 until last year. So, I know how to control waste, keep cost low, and all with great customer service. I basically had an $80 order. Most of everything was right. Just had mushrooms in my two orders of hash browns!!! My people and I do not do mushrooms. I even stated that I did not want mushrooms. The young lady made a simple mistake. But, to me the customer is the main priority. I still appreciate all the love and all. It was a big order on a Saturday morning!!! So, big ups on the mushrooms being added and an order of grits being forgotten!!! I will come back when I am back in the area!!! Keep working hard to all employees working on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 at the Madison Ave Waffle House in Montgomery,...

We frequent this Waffle House location because it's closest to our home. AND WE LOVE IT. We have seriously never had a totally messed up order, and I am on a medically necessary liquid diet, and they are completely fine with me bringing my own food in. They are compassionate about providing necessary leniency for my medical problems and never charge me for a beverage. Our kids are friendly with the servers. The cooks and managers treat people like family. My fiancée eats the same thing every time we go, and they know his order when we walk in. The only reason we go to a different location is when they are completely full and have no tables. I highly recommend...
