Blenders in the Grass- Seabridge — Restaurant in Oxnard

After a nice walk, I was craving a green tea matcha. So I ordered and paid for one. 2 minutes later I saw someone leaving with their acai bowls...I changed my mind. Because sometimes I can be complicated lol I asked the ladies behind the counter if it was too late to cancel? Venus who had just began prepping my matcha quickly turned around with a kind voice and smile said "not at all" she gladly asked what would I like instead. So I choose the acai bowl and they added almond butter by my request. Shout out to Cas who rang me up and was very polite. Oh and Trin who was very charming too! The vibe I got from the three girls working together was very soothing calming good energy. Outstanding customer service provided by these three gorgeous ladies. Disappointed. Felt like I walked into an atmosphere of misbehaving children that disliked me for interrupting their fun. I was on lunch break. Not having a great day. I wish I went somewhere that would have lifted my spirits. People think all that matters is that they get the food or drink. But I work in hospitality as well and the attitudes of the workers has an effect on the customers. Especially when like me I was alone. I felt bullied. Waiting for my drinks was very uncomfortable. They didnt even label them. I felt bullied and judged as unimportant and unworthy by complete strangers. I NEVER want to go again if those girls are working there. Bullies. Im good. Id rather starve then be mistreated for a drink. So not worth my dignity....

This is one of the better places I have been to for acai bowls. Me, my mother, and my grandfather all got the tropical bowl, and it was delicious. However, I wish they put more fruit and other toppings on it because it was 90 percent acai mixture. They put a lot more different things into the mixture than other places I've been to, and that was nice too. They have limited seating, but most people just pick up what they want and...
