Seabridge Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Oxnard

This is a new Italian/American restaurant, we found it online. We disregarded some of the reviews due to how new it is. When opening a new restaurant (especially in the new America where no one wants to work) they have to work out the kinks, so typically service is not the best. So we understood this and ate here last night. What a treat, Myra was our waitress, she was very attentive, nice and outgoing. Andres the manager was very welcoming and happy we were here as well. We had the fettuccine Alfredo and chicken spinach Alfredo pizza. It was amazing, the fettuccine was a little dry but when Myra brought us more sauce it was perfect. For desert, we he the Cannoli's (or of the best we have ever eaten. The last time it the cannoli was this good was when I was in Rome) We also had a Nutella crepe.. all in all, this place was very good, fairly priced and great ambiance. We will be back here at least 2-3...

We ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a double cheeseburger with clam chowder as well as avocado dippers for lunch. They barely give you fries, so they skimp out on that. The clam chowder was very good, it was the best thing I had for the entire meal. The avocado dippers weren’t very good, the filling tasted like premade avocado so it wasn’t fresh. It just seemed like the staff didn’t really know what they were doing here. We kept overhearing complaints from other tables about their bill and how they were getting overcharged. We even tried to get overcharged for the soup when it was part of the side for the cheeseburger but the waiter took it off the bill so that’s good. The menu says the cheeseburgers have cheddar cheese but it’s American cheese so they should fix that on the menu because those two cheeses aren’t the same. Overall, the food...

Nice restaurant but terrible service. First, it took forever for the server to come and take our order. It took at least 30 minutes to get our appetizer and when she finally brought the calamari there was no lemon or dipping sauce, just a plate with room temp calamari. We had to ask for lemons and sauce, another 5 minutes! She said the kitchen was backed up so we were understanding until our entrees FINALLY came out I’d had it! My cilantro chicken salad was incomplete and missing three ingredients, avocado, feta, and tomato and served with iceberg instead of romaine and the chicken looked thin and dry…I just sent it back and told her to forget it, I didn’t even want it anymore. Even the people next to us were waiting at least 20 minutes to get served and when the woman spoke up, the guy they sent had an attitude! Crazy! Very disappointed....
