I have had many experiences at this specific location. And with the cashier's and severs I have had many wonderful experiences. As for the management and whom ever is in a higher position at this restaurant I have had nothing but RUDE, OFFENSIVE, FRUSTRATING, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I was called a liar in front of everyone at the restaurant one morning when I went to retrieve my mobile order. I had walked up to the front and saw that my order was still being put together on screen, I told my wife that it wasn't ready so she sat down as I went to check something outside. I came back to check the order about 3 minutes later. My wife was upset because she was told that the order didn't ever get approved and therefore wasn't made. My wife said well I was charged for it right here and there is the oder number. Maria continued to argue with my wife insisting she was lying. And that this order never existed. Frustrated my wife walked back to the table to retrieve her email and prove the order was paid for and did exist. I stayed at the counter. Then was approached by Maria the manager and asked what I was waiting for.. I told her my mobile order number and was told I TOLD HER 'my wife' she pointed at. That the order had to be approved and I never approved it. So it wasn't made. I tried to explain that I had seen the order on the screen with my own eyes a few minutes ago. Maria was persistent on insulting my ability to even pay for such a large order. Which further insulted me. After debating and being called a liar many times I walked away to my wife now standing outside. She found the emails showing the payment was made and that the order was ready. Maria still wanted to argue. I told her if I didn't get what I paid for. I was calling the police. I was about to walk away and do that when I was called back. SORRY IT WAS UNDER THE COUNTER. THAT'S WEIRD. I WONDER WHO PUT IT THERE?. I wasn't amused. We were missing a m flurry so I asked for it. Again she said THERE IS ONLY ONE ON THE ORDER. Which it was plainly printed there were two. Finally with a annoyed attitude I was given the mc flurry. This was a really bad experience and I personally am offended by the seemingly racist behavior displayed by this woman. And her calling me and my wife liars...

I came to mc Donald’s today and I asked for my fries and the rest of my order COOK TO ORDER - The young guy with wavy hair helped me and he said I would get a receipt at the window and I didn’t so I don’t have his name. I get to the window and this Asian guy gave me my fries and they were cold and I asked him if I can get my fries fresh, he was BOTHERED when I told him and he said you need to park if you want a fresh basket of fries. The other 2 fries I purchased were warm when I touched them and when I parked I noticed that they had just thrown them in the fryer and they were really dark they weren’t fresh.
THENNNNNNNN they send over YAJAIRA to bring my fries and let me tell you she was very nice and understanding I expressed my concerns and she was so helpful. I wish they were more people like her please give her a raise! Mc Donald’s you need more helpful and friendly people like her.

I have to speak up and I asked for my food FRESH & most important because IM PAYING for it it’s not free. If it was free I wouldn’t be complaining.

Ticket 266. CSR and myself had a hard time hearing my order and my confirmation over the back of the house noise. The speed was very good.
The tenders were over cooked and were hard to bite and chew. The fries weren't salted and some were under cooked.
There is an alarm going off and has been for 10 minutes.
Lastly the dining room needed to be swept and spot mopped in several places. The drink area trash urn was over flowing with napkins and straw wrappers.There was a young lady wiping tables and stools and talkings with friends about some guy cheating with an employee. She wiped the tables for about 2 minutes while having the conversation. The girl was called by the front manager to come back and help and her sense of urgency was that of a dead man walking.
This is not what I've been used to while dining here but I know from 20 plus years in this business 1 day can easily transfer slowly to lower expectations from all employees based on who's ultimately responsible. Being franchise or Corporate this needs to be discussed...
