POV from a first time customer experience
I parked in the back and could not locate where to order. At the time there were NO customers. There is a stand with flowers and a spike with ticket orders, but no one was there so I thought, maybe that's for dine in? Then there are windows around the building, so I walk up the ramp and the windows are closed except for one. Then and employee comes out and I ask, "donde ordeno?" and she says "alli afuera"...Super confused cause I am outside already. Finally, I figured out that you order by the sidewalk in front of C St, there is another stand with chips on top.
The lady taking my order seemed annoyed and there are no prices on the menu items. I ordered 4 tacos de cabeza y una quesadilla con carne asada. $26 for that! This was own fault as there are no prices on the menu items and I feel like its such an uncomfortable question to ask, "cuanto cuesta cada taco?" They were going to charge me $1 for debit card use so I paid in cash.
The tortilla were good but the meat tasted recalentada. Usually cabeza is soft but there were hard pieces like it was reheated with a little bit of oil. I wouldn't...
Read moreThe food is great but being that I have a backround in customer service I found it surprising how much attitude these people have. First off when you order and try to actually pick the order up they make a big fuss as to why you're going to the pick up window when clearly customer service on their phone line told you to do so.
I actually just got off the phone now with them and had bad experience. I specified clearly that I would like to place my order over the phone because I didn't like dealong with the people there. Now I got back that she didn't know pricing and she did not want to take the order.
That's cool and all because there's several otherrestaurants, but these guys and their customer service is really hurting the owners business because as I stated, the food is great. I literally just got off the phone with them 3:15 p.m 12/14/20

Read moreI been a big fan of this Food truck, Food is Good,but I’m giving this business 2 stars because it seems like they are using a cellphone instead of a business line. It’s hard to get a hold of their daily menu when they don’t carry certain food items on certain days. They never seem to answer their phone calls. They recently haven’t been selling the torta and instead of letting their customers know on Instagram, they have yet to announce that they don’t sell it at the moment. I feel if they need to update their Instagram more often and have a reliable phone number that will allow customers to get simple answers. 5 of my friends have driven 30mins-1hour to get the tortas and we’re very upset to hear they didn’t have the bread at the moment. My last advice is that this business should sell everything at all the locations.
