This absolutely by far is the worst starbucks location i have ever been to and can not wait until the one down the street opens. Where do i begin....i always tip well and I'm always kind to them, but I started to have issues with this store a couple of weeks ago when i came to pick up my mobile order it was only 3/4 which is fine because i ask for no ice and ask for no water because i like my drink sweeter...so i did my grocery shopping and decided i wouldn't be close to a Starbucks the next day so i placed another mobile order and went to go put my groceries in my car and i kid you not i heard the employees while I'm walking by say omg...it's that ashley order again and then proceeded to complain about me. I took my groceries to my car and came back in and to top of the situation the blended drink i order was half water and i paid extra for it to be blended...so left without complain but today was the last straw because i came in and i my glass was only filled up 1/3 of the way....they told me i need to ask for extra strawberry acia since i didnt want water in my drink. Well i left my drink their because obviously the employees are so concerned that I'm cheating them....so i decided to go online and see if there was a way to add extra acia and there was no so option so seems like y'all need to treat people alittle bit better because your location just lost yourself at least $100 worth of business each week because i will not tolerate the behavior I will take my business to the new starbucks and before you respond with we are going by our company policy i will say ever other location fills my cup 3/4 full so and if you want me to pay for the extra it's fine but you need to give your customers that option on the mobile to be able to do that. When i pay 6 bucks for a deink and its only 1/3 full thats a joke. I will go to other locations that will not cheat...
Read moreI’m a pretty big fan of Starbucks and will continue to be. However, the Ozark location needs some improvement. They need more staff at high traffic times. The line during these times is beyond long and staff honestly doesn’t seem to care or notice. I understand that patients is something everyone can learn to have more of. But talking to friends visiting and having personal conversations while you ignore the line is a bit much. Also, I’m a bit confused when items that they are advertising and pushing for that time of year are never available. Stocking up if they sell out is one thing. When we went to put in a mobile order right in front of them, it says we have to purchase or reload a gift card to pay and that is the only form of payment they accept. When we asked about the payment issue, they told us that they were aware that gift cards were the only way to pay. They never told us in advance, they let us stand there and download their app and try to order our coffee knowing we couldn’t pay for it without first purchasing a gift card from them.
