I am not one to review restaurants, but this was by far one of the worst services I have experienced. It's possible, that due to the circumstance that we are living employees may be stressed, but it's no justification to be rude to customers! upon my arrival, I needed to use the restroom, and the gentleman at the door wasn't allowing me access since I hadn't placed my order, he kept demanding that I do so first. I felt as though I had to justify why I needed to use the restroom, which is absurd, and I kept having repeat myself and inform him that I was going to place an order it's just that I like everyone in line, was waiting to do so. Plus, there was no one waiting in line for the restroom. It wasn't going to take me very long! After reasoning with him he allowed me to use the restroom, but I believe his attitude was unnecessary. While in line, the lady behind the counter kept yelling at everyone to maintain distance. I understand her reasoning, but there is no reason to yell. The lady that took my order had no customer service skills. She informed me that my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes, which it wasn't! It took well beyond an hour! Customers were allowed to sit inside and wait, which I did, and not once did I hear anyone call out my order. I then decided to go up and ask the lady that was on the pickup side of the counter how much longer it would be. She was rude, she barely acknowledged my concern, walked back to see if my pizza was ready, and proceeded to give me attitude as if it was my fault that I hadn't picked it up when they never called my number. Again, I was sitting inside and close to the counter. I would have heard them call out my order since the prior ones were being called out through a microphone. I told her that it had been waiting for over an hour, her tone and her body language indicated she was annoyed, she pulled the receipt out of the box very sassy as if she was about to prove me wrong. To no surprise the pizza had been out no longer than 5 minutes. Her tone completely changed, but she was not apologetic for her attitude or the wait time. Overall, this restaurant was a horrible experience, the atmosphere isn't great at all and the pizza isn't the best I've had. It was overpriced! I don't recommend this restaurant at all, and I won't...

This was an awful experience. Great food, but terrible service. There was a 55 minute wait for pizza and they seemed busy and I could wait that long with out a problem, so my order number is 750, then I waited the hour wait, came back inside and they just called 746, so they were running a little behind, no problem, later on, (30 minutes later) they FINALLY got to the number 749, so my pizza was next! Unfortunately they skipped over my number, and went to 752, 751,753. Its been a total of 2 hours at this point and I've had enough, so I saw one of the staffs walking by and I asked about it, he then went to the back of the kitchen and grabbed a pizza that was on top of a shelf underneath another pizza, no apologies or anything. And because I had to wait the extra hour, I couldn't watch the sunset on the beach (the whole reason why I was at pacific city) and I had to just drive home at that point. So I've wasted my whole day preparing for the evening for nothing. Because of this frustrating experience I will not be coming back. You're better off just picking up a pizza from your local favorite pizza joint before coming to...

These guys work hard. Not enough credit is given to this pizza parlor nestled in a normally peaceful and calm beach town. With summer in full swing and the crew short staffed, they have been handling the crazy increase of customers (some are extremely rude like the group in front of me oh my goodness). I normally send my husband in to grab the order, so today I saw first hand just how exhausted the crew is, yet they kept pushing forward with positivity and courtesy and just getting those pizzas out like it was no problem! If you guys are reading this, you will not be disappointed with this pizza. My husband and I are regulars and it is just delicious. Just remember to be kind, have patience, and treat these guys with some respect. They deserve! And if the crew at doryland reads this, don't give up, keep up the amazing work and just remember you are important and appreciated 👍. We have tried just about everything on the menu and love it all but I have to say our favorite is to do half Hawaiian and half grilled chicken with spinach!! Thanks for sticking through...

Doryland gets extra points for being open past 8PM in Pacific City. We got in late after a long day of hiking and exploring and were craving a hot meal and this place delivered. In terms of pizza, it is definitely not top notch. Pacific City is not known for its pizza and this place was certainly a reflection of that. It was also rather expensive considering we just got one pizza. With all that said, it was certainly adequate. I particularly liked how they double sliced it into 16 pieces. This made eating it by the campfire a lot easier. If you are in Pacific City and craving pizza (especially after 8PM) this is your spot. It's not the best but it is good enough. We got a sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, and onion pizza and split it. It was more than enough for two people.

We were looking for dinner - for 4 adults - on a Friday night after getting set up at camp down the road around 6;30 in the evening. I called & was told that they have availability for our party. It was busy when we showed up. We stood in line & ordered a medium Taco pizza, an order of breadsticks with Marinara & 2 Pepsi bottles. It took almost 1.5 hours to get it. We visited while we waited. When it was delivered to our table we were ravenous. The breadsticks were warm & marinara had great taste. I have had many pizza place’s Taco pizza & this was probably in the middle. It’s a great local pizza place & when we are in the area & craving pizza, we will swing by…maybe not though on a Friday evening lol

While the food was alright and the salad bar decent, I was taken back by the non-existent service. Not to mention this picture of what is called garlic cheese bread...when in fact it's a garlic cheese pizza. The customer places their order, picks up their order, serves their own soda/water and yet the employee slammed the water down when a tip was not generated on the bill or put in the cup...not to mention a full discussion of restructuring the building while patrons are eating...something should be discussed during closing hours not while patrons are eating. On a plus side, the establishment was clean and the view was nice.
