Their food is decent, but nothing special. As a local, we have tried to give Brew Haus a fair shot. We have visited this place 6 or 7 times, hoping for a better experience. Each time we end up waiting about an hour for our food. Keep in mind, this is AFTER placing our order. We have tried different times and different days; it doesn’t make a difference! Busy or not, we wait, wait and wait!! This evening, we were 1 of about 9 tables in the place. (This included the bar side tables.) We were a party of 3.. a burger, a BLT and a French dip.. not complicated, not a large party and not a busy night, yet our food took over an hour to be served! We are done with them. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

In response to the owner-

Your records are missing the details:

  1. You’re providing the time my order was entered into your system, NOT the time I placed it. Your wait staff does not enter our orders on tablets at the tables. So there is a lag time you’re not accounting for. He/she may have refilled drinks, taken other orders or even gone on break. We have no idea what happens. But in the customers eye their time starts when they place their order with their server, not when it gets entered into your system. We also don’t literally “start the timer”. So our time is an estimate.

  2. I paid my bill at the ARRIVAL of my food because I was tired of being there and wanted to speed the situation up.

While I appreciate your response; I do not appreciate your insinuation that I’m lying. My review is based off of ALL the details of MY experience, NOT partial information.

Bottom line- Even if we used your misconstrued account of the situation, you’ve proven my point- 40 minutes for an order that should have taken 15-20 minutes TOPS, is unacceptable. From our experience, this is the “norm” at this establishment... Not an isolated incident. After reading through some of the Facebook reviews- it seems this is the norm for a lot of...

This was our first time.... definitely not our last. What a great stop. 1st we were treated as if we were local every day regulars. Can not tell you how many people stopped to chat and say hello.Hot August day and the AC was cranking very comfortable for an old historic building. WE chose a high top bar area and Macy was super. Extremely busy with bar counter people and table drink orders but she did not miss a beat. Super receptive to all my stupid questions and the drinks were never empty. Savanah and Morgan had the dining room and let's just say. I creeped on them while trying to get a well deserved waitress break. WAITRESS always know the secrets of what to order. Take time to ask. Let's say when I saw Morgan do the food dance wiggle on the sandwich she had I had to walk over. She was expecting me cause I was staring...lol. Trust me Sahvanah's beef dip on cheese bread looked just as amazing. Beef dip is my go to ...so next time. THEY were awesome told me all the secrets...lol... even though I was interrupting there break. They were very kind As you can see we settled on Flash fried spinach and wings... both were amazing. PIZZA coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. So we went for the white sauce pizza... we added pepperochinie peppers... a must. But definitely get extra mushrooms those were amazing. The portions are huge. CURTIS,JAMES AND ZACH were rocking the kitchen on this day. The food is super fresh and home made. The Beer is super cold and the staff super warm and inviting. I have to pass through this area each month... for good reasons so look forward to stopping again. Next time is the rueben on cheese garlic bread....aka a Morgan and chef secret menue item... 😆 don't pass this place up . THE entire menue looked amazing and the prices are very reasonable. Probably Taking the pasta carbonarra with chicken home next go...lol. This place is...

Food used to be good. Not a big complainer last week I ordered weekly chicken wings and they were raw inside on some of them threw the rest away after seeing that never said a word . Tonight ,they forgot a portion of a $60 meal ,I called when I realized as soon as I got home ,lady said she put it in the bag it certainly wasn’t in the bag . She said come up get it ,sure 30 minute drive both ways again no problem didn’t raise a fuss . Get back home with meal tater tots cooked to hell not edible at all , French dip much the same overcooked and cold as ice, then I said owell guess I’ll eat salad ,go to the chef salad I paid like $15 for and all the lettuce is bad not fresh so I call ,ask for a manager lady says can manager call u back ,sure ,then she never does ,my assumption is the manager was never given the message after how much the bar lady tried to deter me oh I’ll give you credit for this or a discount ,to which I responded politely no I’d like them to call me back I could call them Back but rather probably stop spending $250 a month eating here . We have been ordering from here for about a year every single week . I don’t know what they got going on but always forget items & food is going downhill significantly. I was a line cook for many years and what i received should never be placed...

We stopped into Pacific Brew Haus Friday the 13th of June. Wow, we were so glad we did! I like to find new places to eat and this place turned out to be a great choice! We got there about 11:30am and the place steadily filled up which was a good sign. The staff was friendly and attentive, there were plenty of T.V.'s to look at and it wasn't too loud at all. The food was exceptional! We had Toasted Ravs and Onion Rings for appetizers and they were great-the Rings were as good as any I've ever had. We had a French dip with Chips, Double Build your own Burger and Philly with chicken. Fries were great as well. All the food was hot and fresh. Our server Camilla was fabulous. We loved it all! Give this place a try!!! Please note, we took the pictures after we started eating. The portions were generous!

We decided to try Pacific Brew Haus on our last night in town. It was sooooo good! I wish we had tried it sooner, as we would have come back again before leaving town. Definitely add this to your route if passing through, it’s worth the stop. I got the Haus Fish with sweet potato fries (3 portions of hand breaded white fish, with homemade tartar, a side and soup or salad for $16) and my son got a kids grill cheese $7. Everything was great! The salad before the meal, the fish was light & crispy (cooked to perfection). And my 11-year-old said the grill cheese was the best he has ever had!
