Wow. Where do I begin?. We just left this cafe and it was the UTTERMOST rude, bland, distasteful costumer service we have EVER gotten and we travel a lot. We were left to sit and stare after they gave us the rest of our order they already gotten wrong but we just bit our tongues, as we waited they had 4-5 girls behind the counter but only one was taking orders, and one was making food while the others just talked to eachother. Instead of asking “how can I help you?” Or any response at all we got a wide eyed attitude response from one of the girls just talking behind the counter. We had to be rude and finally stop them to ask for our oatmeal they had forgotten and instead of apologizing for not getting my order to me, we got “just make it for em” with an eye roll. I have to give props to this place! I’ve been in multiple times and have always had a great experience, but after my most recent stop on a Saturday morning they were SLAMMED. Tables full, a long line at the register and just a lot going on. The staff handled the rush flawlessly! I was in a bit of a hurry and was a little nervous I wasn’t going to be able to get out on time, but even with a line as long as it was I was in and out in like 5 minutes tops and my food + coffee was amazing as always. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and greeted/said goodbye to every single customer, didn’t rush anyone as they were ordering or grabbing their drinks, and did such a great job at keeping a friendly, welcoming environment. The. Best. Coffee. Hands down. The owners are down to earth, and Andy tries to greet everyone who walks in. He always starts up a conversation with you! The place is as refreshing as a fresh shot of espresso (which is very, very refreshing). The storefront itself is always nicely decorated, and they offer outside seating both on their back patio and out front on the sidewalk. It’s truly a gem of Pacific. My recommendation? Order the London Fog! They have even mastered tea drinks here!

They also have board games for the kids to play while you’re there! Little Ireland is the perfect hometown coffee shop, with a cozy atmosphere and owners who care enough to get to know you. You aren’t going to find small town charm like this...
