Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Paddock Lake

My husband and I got Scooters yesterday and it was not a pleasant experience at all. We are always very kind a curtious wherever we go. I got a drink yesterday that was supposed to come with whipped cream and carmel drizzel but didn't. The drink was also mainly ice with a little bit of liquid. When we got our stuff, I noticed that it didn't have the whipped cream and carmel drizzel on top. I just let it go, because I needed to get to work. On the way to work, when I went to taste my drink, it didn't taste right to me. So, my husband dropped me off and went back to Scooters for me. When my husband got there, he explained to them that the drink was missing the carmel drizzel and whipped cream. They were saying since the drink was out of season, it didnt get carmel drizzel and whipped cream, which i dont understand because they have both those items there. If its out of season, take it off the menu. When my husband asked them if they could remake a drink, they got a full on attitude and refused to do so. I didnt want anything for free, i just wanted my drink made right for goodness sakes. Instead, they took the drink back thru the window and added the whipped cream and carmel drizzel. We are regulars and Scooters employees have always be so kind to us. I don't know who is managing the store now, but they need to fix these issues. The quality was poor and the attitudes need an...

I think this is the best coffee I have , EVER, had, let me explain.

Putting aside that the staff is super awesome and friendly, if you go to any mainstream drive-thru coffee shop and not just around but ANYWHERE else you will run into that nasty dirty coffee taste sooner or later.

I was lucky enough to find Scooters while on a road trip. I couldn't believe it when there was ACTUALLY one just close enough for me to make the drive for every now and then! 🥹 Not only is the coffee fantastic every time but the employees are always in such great moods! And the BEST is how they treat my Harley girl 🖤 She's given a pupcup every time at no extra cost 🥰 WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE??? THANK YOU GUYS FOR BEING SO FREAKING AWESOME!!!
