Taco Bell — Restaurant in Paddock Lake

Placed an online order, got to the drive-through, and sat there forever. No one came. I went to the window and no one was there. Called, and no one answered. Repeated this several times. Meanwhile, my online order was on the screen, and the employees car was in the parking lot. The doors were also locked, but it was 8:20. My order on the app said received, but since they had it on their screen, I could not cancel my order. I drive home and check the app again so I can cancel, but it now says it's being made. Not only have I wasted my gas and time, I get to waste more time by waiting to call corporate from 11-7pm to have this refunded. Today i had went to taco bell and the worker with long bluish greenish and black hair would leave the intercom then leave for like 5 minutes and slammed the window face when we asked for mild sauce we said thank you and he said nothing back just shut the window he said he couldn’t make us food becuase they were closing in ten minutes but they closed in 40 obviously he just didn’t want to do it the workers are lazy they NEED to be shut down they are horrible inside the place too nobody comes up to you to get ur order THEY TAKE AGES to come to you they stare at you and don’t even come to...

When the store first opened it was good. I was excited to have a taco bell in town. Now, every time they mess up my order. This time, that lead to the bad review, they literally left out the meat in some of the items....Not sure how that happens. I'm not even going to call because last time they mess something up I called and said they would put me on the list to have my items replaced. Got there and said I wasn't on the list. They replaced my items but made me feel like I was trying to dupe them. I wont go here any more. The one in Antioch, IL is 100x better. Worth the extra drive...
