For starters, me and my boyfriend go here all the time because we actually love subway. BUT we keep running into the same issue every time we come to this location.
There is only one male employee that makes sure to get our order right every time and we love him!!!
Everyone else seems to ignore our requests (which aren’t even unusual) and it’s getting increasingly frustrating to the point that we have learned to repeat ourselves when we order to make sure they hear us.
Today, we ordered our usual. My boyfriend likes his rotisserie chicken sandwich hot, and I like my sandwich with bacon added. 95% of the time his sandwich comes out with still-cold chicken and the sandwich itself is most of the time still cold also. When we order, he makes sure to mention that he wants the chicken warmed first and then the sandwich toasted all together so that it is sure to not come out cold. And when I order I always ask a second time if they heard me say to add bacon. Somehow... the chicken was chilled still! Not even the slightest bit warm. And I had no bacon! We had family members witness this today too and suggested we finally leave a review about it.
When we got home to eat (we ordered drive-thru) and discovered all this, my boyfriend called and asked for his money back because, quite frankly, we have had enough of this problem. He explained that we even made sure to mention specifically how he wants it cooked when we were ordering so there shouldn’t have been any confusion. When he got there to get the money, the lady tried to tell him that she “overheard our order and that we didn’t order bacon or tell them how to heat the RC sandwich” but we are both certain that we said these things and we have a witness that was with us..... good try tho!
So to the man who always makes our order right, thank you!!! But it’s unfortunate no one...
Read moreI would give negative stars if I could. I went and placed an order for a cold cut on white bread the man cut my bread flipped it over a smashed it. They didn't cut it in half. The bread was too tough to eat and flattened. I was unable to eat the sandwich. I called spoke to the manager on duty. He offered me to bring it back but I was on lunch for work and they already made me late bc they are not staffed well. He said he would take my name and phone number and I could come in and they would give me a replacement sub. I went today saw the same manager. I reminded him what he told me . He said to the lady behind the counter that I get a free sub. She said I saw that why are you getting a free sub in a snotty tone. I said I had discussed it with manager. She said she was the manager and that he was the assistant. That "policy" is she has to have sandwich or receipt to replace it so she wasn't going to help me. I told her that is not what he told me. She said and that he was trained fully, I told her that was not my fault and that they needed to right the wrong. She said she would not. I asked for corporate number at this time she told me it was outside on the building which is a lie. She claimed she called the DM and he agreed they didn't need to replace the sandwich. I asked her in the phone to make it right. I would come in and show her when I bought the sandwich since they didnt give me a receipt. Reprint receipt for "policy" She refused that as well. I told her I was going to call until it gets fixed she said the DM said I was not allowed to call any longer. She then called me hun I told her not to call me hun and she then hung up. I will never waste money at subway again. This woman is a poor excuse...
