Very disappointed in the way protocol was handled. On 6/2/2020. My daughter who was an employee at the time of the incident. My daughter fainted at work & no one called 911 or her Emergency contacts. She was out for I dont know how long.. because no on informed me. I rush to the Taco Shop to find no paramedics there & my daughter is in the restroom waiting for me. I call 911 & they came quickly. They also asked why they didnt call 911. The boss got smart and said she didn't have an emergency number for me. All the reason to call for help. Unfortunately my daughter quit because she didn't feel safe nor did she feel like a priority. No one should be treated in this manner. What if it was a customer who passed out.i would love to see what protocol they will follow then. Protective Mother who needs answers . What is the proper way of handling this...

What a great new arrival for the Palatine area. I had lunch here today and a extremely happy to support a new small business in the area. The food was OUTSTANDING!!! Had an opportunity to speak with the owner Sanaa and heard her share her background and vision for the business. She has the expertise and the product to make this a true success. Everything here was fresh, prepared while we waited and with their own recipes. I had both chicken tacos and carne asada tacos. This was made with true skirt steak vs chuck or some other cheaper cut of meat. The chips were made fresh and the salsas were great. Rice and beans, finished out the side orders and we each added a grilled jalapeño which was a great touch.
