The young lady who answered at the drive-thru was nice. No problem there. We had 2 separate mobile orders, but there was something wrong with the app. It kept shutting down and I had to keep re-ordering. Got to the first window, explained that I too had an order. She looked it up and said it was no problem, and asked us to pull up to the second window. She also said we would have to pull up to the front and mine would be brought out since it wasn't ready yet. No problem. A rude woman opened the second window and shoved my daughter's food at her without so much as looking at her, much less actually speaking to her. We pulled around front and about a minute later someone comes out and hands my daughter a bag over the railing that runs in front of the store. There's not a way for them to actually come to your vehicle there unless they wanted to climb over it. It makes zero sense that it's set up that way. I say to my daughter that there is no way that tiny bag has a large fry and a piece of Hershey pie in it. If it did, that pie would be a melted disgusting mess! Sure enough, just the pie. Why did we have to pull around and wait on just a prepackaged piece of pie?! I look it up on the app and the fries never went through. Makes no sense why not, but it is what it is. We don't want to have to go around again to get fries. We park to eat and both of our original chicken sandwiches are basically room temperature. The cheese was actually cold because the chicken wasn't hot and the bread was dried out. What a waste of...
Read moreLet me start by saying I love Burger King. I couldn't wait until Palestine got one again. 2 days ago I waited in the outside lane drive thru line for 30 minutes. Finally I was behind the car that just ordered. Before I could get to the speaker due to traffic the employee was asking for my order. When the car ahead of me moved and I finally got to the speaker the employee was no longer there. I waited another 10 minutes and the inside drive thru line kept moving but it was like they closed the one I was in. I honked still nothing. I finally left without ordering and hollered at the person in the first window that the 2nd lane wasn't being attended to and there was a line of cars waiting. I left and went to Dairy Queen. Today the lines weren't two bad and I got to order. It still took a looong time and i got my food.. got home and the food was ice cold and my Whopper was dry, no condiments at all. I will wait until I go to Jacksonville or Tyler to go to Burger King again at least I know I will get hot food and a correct order....
Read moreMost employees are courteous. While my order has never been wrong, I have noticed many people returning incorrectly prepared food. There also seems to be a lack of staff being able to control the air conditioning. Many times, it has been very cold. People complain. Today, when I arrived the entire floor, chairs and tables were soaked due to the humidity. Customers were slipping and sliding all over the place. When someone complained, the young lady at the counter shrugged it off saying she hadn't had time to mop. There were numerous people on shift including managers. My suggestion would be that the manager start mopping. The whole staff needs to learn that the extremely cold air later leads to...
