Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Palestine

One star is NOT good enough for this crappie place! I had a order that I DID NOT get all of so I called an spoke with someone that said they will replace ( give my order that was not given to me ) when I come back with the receipt well the next morning I came back an the manger came to my car an told me THATS MY PROBLEM NOT HIS that my food did not get to me , I said how is that my problem when I’m the one that payed for it not made it? The people inside didn’t do their job right is the problem an he going to tell me NO ma’am that’s your problem because you didn’t get your food not mine because if you want your money back then you need to bring the food that you did get back to me. I said I am staying 30 miles away from this crappie place an it was last night all I’m asking for is the food I already paid for an didn’t get not like I’m asking for extra or even money back! He then rolled his eyes at me an again said that’s your problem not mine I wasn’t here yesterday so how is that my problem an walked away from me while he grew his arms up in the air an threw the receipt in my car window! I said what is the number to call to report you? He tells me it’s in the receipt look for it! OMG I will NEVER be back to this crappie place again! I don’t even live near here but when I do come down to east Texas I will not go to jack in the box again...

Food was fine. Came in around 8pm, so they were open, and I dined inside. The restaurant was extremely dirty and messy. Felt gross to even be inside. Makes me question the cleanness of the kitchen..

However, my BIGGEST gripe, is the fact that I order a large meal, with an EXTRA side of large curly fries (I was very hungry), and I asked for a handful of ranch (to eat with my meal, so maybe 3-4 ranches would suffice), and the manager stopped the nice young lady who was fulfilling my condiment wish. She then threatened me with extra charges if I exceed more than 1 single ranch.

This is utterly ridiculous. Shame on you manager lady. Your profits will not drop from giving a PAYING customer a few more condiments than 1. Now you lost a customer forever. Worse for profits than any amount of free condiments.

The immediate staff at this Jack don't care that I'll never bring my business here again. Thats fine. I will take my business to other places that care more about customer satisfaction, and not being ridiculously greedy with their paying customers.

I DO NOT want Jack N the Box, any employees of this specific establishment, nor any other establishment, to make a comment or reply to this review.

Jack is my hero they got the best food they changed their menu regularly and it's awesome beats prices are excellent Services fast everybody's got a smile on her face including Jack they give toys away certain time of the year look just like Jack I've got hundreds of them I've been eating at Jack In The Box since 1973 I believe maybe 72 I forget when the first one came to Mesquite Texas right across the street from my alma mater Mesquite Skeeter High School that was back when there was only one high school in Mesquite I had a friend Ramona she became manager within a couple of years she owned her own store and I do believe she has three or four now Jackson got a great place to eat he's got a great place to work and he's a down-to-earth kind of guy for all this down to earth people he's not want these highfalutin Rich Flames that thinks he's better than everybody I've even seen you come to work with x's in his eyes all in all it's a great place to eat hang out have fun bring friends and family the atmosphere is always chipper I wish I owned server of them by myself everybody should get in the car and go to Jack In The Box tonight and eat supper there with your family and experience something wonderful and if you see Jack tell...
