We visited this restaurant for the first time today. We asked if they had a Gluten-Free bun option. The employee says "What was that?" Husband again asks if there is a Gluten-Free bun option. She says "hang on" then comes back with...... "we have wheat buns" and it was in the tone of she had NO clue what glute is, or Gluten-Free............ husband says "ok, do y'all have like a lettuce wrap" she says "yes, we have a lettuce wrap burger" I apologize for all the questions, and say it is our first time there. She says "your fine". We order 6 burgers, 6 fries, and 6 drinks. I asked if your tea was sweet, she says...... idk i dont like tea........ Wasn't till after we left that hubs realized/wondered if y'all offered meal deals, and because we didn't ask for the "meal" if we got charged more. So after she gets it all taken, she says it's $80 something and we pull around. We must have waited for 15 mins BEHIND another vehicle that had been at the window when we pulled into the parking lot, and drove all the way around the store, to get in the drive trough lane. We pull up and she says, it's now $90 something. Hubs says you said $80, she says "no it's $90"......... Food was really good, but...

Read more1st the person at the register just ignored us like we weren't there, then just mumbled at us about our order ( hard to understand what was said ). I should have looked around store before ordering because hardly anyone had food. Person from outside waiting for a order walked in an stated he had been waiting 20 minutes and like magic, his order appeared out of thin air. We were fixing our drinks , 2 employees were arguing over which 1 was going to clean the tables ( loudly I might add ) . Found a table to sit at and had to clean it ourself , the only trash can in the dinning area was next to us and was over flowing and had to be emptied while we sat there.. We finally get our meal , needless to say it wasn't worth the time we spent there nor the price. l assure y'all I will never set foot in another Jucys nor recommend...
