If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my family's top chicken place in bergen county and tonight after ordering $50 worth of chicken, we found that half of the bb wings still have a noticeably large amount of disgusting pieces of chicken feathers still on the chicken. We called the store and told them we would send pictures of it and after much debate the cashier said his boss was on his way to handle the matter. At this point we have lost our appetite and decided to just wait around and try to calmly handle the matter but after 3 hours of just waiting it was clear they had no intention of resolving the issue. We did contact them again where he said his boss was still on his way and we never heard back from them. It's clear they have no respect or even the audacity to deal with the poor service and product they sell. BBQ Chicken is a franchise as you know, and the Chicken and Beer establishment in Cliffside Park - also another BBQ Chicken franchise - will offer the same sweet and spicy sauce on the side for free with the purchase of their Original olive chicken. Their wings are a bit crispier, as well.
But judging by the location and popularity, I’m sure this establishment will not care for reviews since supply/demand rests in their favor.
If you prefer to eat BBQ chicken items, I’d recommend the Cliffside...

The cashier's response to the situation was surprisingly less than satisfactory; there was no apology whatsoever, and the cashier annoyingly told me to wait. For another 30 minutes, I waited. My time did not seem to be considered important at all. I am not asking you to be unnecessarily nice but be properly mannered. I can tell that I felt totally unwelcomed and unwanted. Given that circumstance, both an oddly unapologetic, ungraceful attitude is such a deadly combination for the position. Please learn how to deal with situations for better...
