Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting Miel cafe and trying their delicious egg sandwich. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and I could taste the quality in every bite. What impressed me even more was the opportunity to experience the delightful Korean-style snowflake bingsu right here in the United States. It brought back fond memories of enjoying this treat in Korea. Not only was the food exceptional, but the staff members were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The interior design of the cafe is tastefully done, creating a clean and cozy atmosphere. It's evident that the management takes great care in maintaining the overall ambiance. I highly recommend Miel cafe to anyone looking for a place to savor tasty food, experience unique treats, and enjoy the warm hospitality. It's truly a gem that exceeded my expectations. What kind of a cafe closes their bingsoo machine at 8, when that’s the time most people want to go eat dessert after eating dinner? The bingsoo itself was good but I only got to try it once as the machine was always “broken” every time I go. Today was our 3rd attempt in ordering bingsoo, we even called before heading there, got there around 8:30pm, apparently they close the machine at 8. The one employee working there was nice but I don’t really understand the owner’s mindset on running this cafe. I don’t really think I will come back even though I’ve tried multiple times and even wanted to eat their dessert...

Ordered bingsoo, took about 20 minutes for bingsoo to come out. We were starting to wonder if they forgot our order and if not, wondered what kind of preparations they were doing that would justify this wait. To our surprise, seemed like there was almost no prep. As seen in the photos, you just get a shaved ice that they prepare on the spot with toppings that seems like they were just sitting in the fridge under the pick up counter. Kinda felt like it was up to the customers to put this dessert together. Bingsoo was just a regular bingsoo, nothing special. Was not worth the wait....
