Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I have never submitted a google review complaining but I am still shocked at the horrible experience I had tonight. I ordered breadsticks with cheese sauce. I ordered six extra cheese sauces. My husband is allergic to pizza sauce so this is how we order pizza. I spent 45$. When it arrived none of the cheese sauce was in the box. I called and said very nicely, her you forgot my sauce can you please bring it, we cannot eat the food without the sauce. The man said no but I’ll refund you for the sauce. I said oh no, that won’t work…we cannot eat this food without the sauce. He said no I don’t care I’m not refunding your order all because it’s missing sauce. I said sir I will bring all this pizza back there for a full refund bc I cannot eat it without the sauce. He said you can bring it but we don’t want it either and I’m still not going to refund you. I said you’re going to make me drive all the way up there and you won’t refund me ? He said I’m not making you do anything. I said what is your name? He said I don’t give out my name. I said your first name? He said no. I said what? Ok what is the managers name? He said nope I don’t give out his name either it’s a papa John’s policy. I said whaaat in the world. Okayyy when can I call and speak to him because this cannot be real. He said he who will not be named will be in Friday morning. I cannot believe this is real policy. I called the corporate number and they claimed this is not policy and would submit this and have someone contact me in 24-48 hours. I have been ordering from this store since 2016 they can see my history why would they not refund me for food I cannot eat and would never have ordered. Especially if I’m willing to bring the entire order back in. This is not okay. The entire experience is not okay. The fact that nobody would give me the stores managers name is also pretty crazy. This was my first time ordering from them ever,,, I shouldv known better when the guy taking my order was at a call center instead of the actual store,,, Total was $36 and change for a large works pizza and 2 parmesian philly cheesesteaks with light onion and peppers,,, once again shouldv known when he said he "had to call the store" to find out if theyd do that for us. Said he couldnt guarrenty that since he couldnt contact anyone at the store while i was on the phone. after i placed my order he then called them to place my order and told me that the light peppers and onions was "not a problem" Almost a hour and 15 minutes later they delivered our order. total dissapointment,,, Pizza was cold sandwiches were not only cold but They WERE NOT the parmesion ( which they charged extra for ) phillys but the regular philly cheesesteak sandwiches FULLof peppers and onions,, even worse you cant call and complain to the store because all the calls go to the call center. I just ordered my pizzas over the phone, I was repeatedly asked if I would like any extra specials. I had to tell the guy taking my order twice that I only want the three pizzas I ordered, when I stopped in at the bayside lakes location to pick up my pizzas I counted 8 employees working and while I waited for my order, I watched two other customers come in and wait to get service. My name was called and the gentlemen calling my name looked over at me instead of just handing them to me, he put the pizzas on the shelf and turned around to play on his phone, after a few more minutes, a young man finally grabbed my pizzas and handed them to me and I asked who the manager was, turned out the manager was the same guy playing on his phone ignoring his customers.
