Wingstop — Restaurant in Palm Bay

I ordered my food using the mobile app as I generally do with Wingstop. When I arrived to pick up my food it was ready, and still hot. I've been to other Wingstops in the past were I've received my food and the french fries were cold, soggy, and poorly portioned. I'm happy to say this was not the case here.

My food was hot when I recieved it, the fries were perfectly cooked and with a nice portion size. My wings were hot, and well-sauced, and my extra ranch cup was with the order.

The lobby was cleanly, and I could see back into the kitchen and it also appeared to be in good order. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

My only complaint is that I was unable to find a trash can in the lobby. I may have not been looking hard enough, however, I don't think finding a trash can should ever require searching.

Overall, I reccomend this Wingstop. They are newly opened, but (at least with my experience) seem to operate like they've been running...

I ordered from this restaurants app and was given a 40 minute pickup time. When I arrived there was a huge crowd outside and I had to wait another hour once I arrived. Service and ordering system is terrible. On another occasion I ordered a delivery order through their app. The food never arrived after I already paid for it. When I called the store the manager stated that my order was picked up but never delivered. I had to drive to the restaurant and pick up my order. When I questioned the manager about the $5 delivery charge and tip I was told that I would have to deal with Door Dash. I showed her my order on the phone and explained that I didn't go through Door Dash, I ordered through their app and she said there was nothing she could do about it. I knew this place was overhyped before trying it but decided to give it a try anyway. First of all, the employee was new and struggled to take my order. A few of the boneless wings were undercooked. Basically the concept is everything is breaded and fried and then tossed in a variety of sauces u can select - not that impressive culinary wise and kind of played out. I honestly believe I could do a better job at home. Some of my tenders were not tossed and coated entirely in the sauce I selected. Will not return because it’s not worth it to me even though the staff and atmosphere were nice and the sauces themselves were good. Soda fountain water taste is noticeable in the drinks too they need a filter on the water line. I guess I have very high standards for take out food...
