Ideal Nutrition — Restaurant in Palm Beach Gardens

What a treat to have a new Ideal Nutrition location added to PBG! Went in for the first time yesterday, and was super impressed with the selection of food, the diversity in their menu, and the very clean and modern atmosphere. I was assisted by an employee named Travis who was incredibly helpful in explaining to me how the meals work, how the food is prepared, changes in the menu from week to week, and shared with me some of his personal recommendations for favorite foods they offer. For $7 per meal, you can eat fresh, healthy, and perfectly portioned meals - you can't beat it! The food is fantastic, and I'm thrilled to have this new location so close to home!

It is a shame that someone felt the need to leave a 1 star review due to "poor virus precautions" after admitting that the food and selection were spectacular. Your fear is YOUR problem, and your health is YOUR responsibility. Wear your own mask, bring your own hand sanitizer, and take some ownership of your own personal precautions during a pandemic. Small businesses are struggling to stay alive during these unprecedented times, and I think it's very unfair to leave a poor review for a good business because you felt uncomfortable that you were handed a menu and there wasn't any hand sanitizer. No, the employee was not wearing a mask, but I was, and I brought my own hand sanitizer and I had a wonderful experience shopping there with great customer service and great food. They also offer the option to order online for curbside pickup if you feel uncomfortable touching food and menus in a public...

Revising my previous negative review about a less than ideal experience at this location.

Once I voiced my concern/frustrations, the customer service team with Ideal Nutrition has been nothing less than exceptional and gone above and beyond to acknowledge, address, and remedy the issue for both myself and those impacted tangentially. Prior to my negative experience, I have always had a positive experience shopping with Ideal Nutrition. After seeing the response and respect that was shown from the company, I will not only continue to highly recommend their services to others but also make an effort to highlight the positive interactions with any and all of its establishments going forward.

Easily the worst beef fajita I've ever had... Food was ice cold, beef was WAY overcooked, the rice was UNDERCOOKED, they included a TINY bit of peppers, no fajita wrap, seriously? Half a portion of low grade beef with yellow rice and less than an ounce of veggies, healthy? What a joke, fire your chef ASAP. Shrimp was edible with zero taste, squash noodle was made nicely but again ZERO TASTE... Two plum tomatoes that were at least a few days old... This chef must be ready to go to a new career and biding their time there. Fire the GM while you're at it, he clearly has zero taste buds or has never tasted the food at his own restaurant. $30 for this???...
