We initially had no intention of visiting this restaurant, but after we were never served at one of the restaurants located in Rosemary Square, we decided to drive to Palm Beach Garden to take our friends to Salute Market. The truth is that it was one of the best decisions we made.
Location: It is located in a nice quiet area of PGA Boulevard between i-95 and Turnpike.
Parking: No issue parking at all. Because the restaurant is located inside a plaza, it has a big free parking lot.
Service: Great. Our waitress was attentive, sweet, kind, and pretty.
Food quality: It is an American Restaurant. We visited this place to have some cocktails. We weren’t looking for a specific type of food, however, we ordered 3 appetizers to enjoy with the drinks. Everything was good. My favorite was Warm Artichoke Dip (artichoke and parmesan Reggiano cheese dip, served sizzling with pita chips). We also got Stuffed Mushrooms (sausage, spinach, parmesan reggiano, breadcrumbs). It was good but small portion (only 4 little mushrooms). Margarita Naan Bread (heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, basil, and olive oil) wasn’t a traditional kind like what you’d find in Indian or Southeast Asian restaurants, but it is ok. We got 4 cocktails – Mojito, Bourbon Berry Smash, Black Tee, and Long isle.
Price: Reasonable because we arrived during Happy Hour. However, prices overall are acceptable because the restaurant is clean and beautiful with good service and the food and drinks are good. We paid for 3 appetizers and 4 drinks $66.26 plus tip. Atmosphere: We were there around 5 pm. It was pretty quiet (I love it!). You have tables indoors and outdoor. We prefer indoors because it was hot outside. The decoration is simple but beautiful. It is very well balanced with the menu and the food. I really love this place and we had a very pleasant time.
Recommendation: If you have family or friends in town, this is a great spot to share with them. The drinks and food are great and reasonably priced.
Would I visit this bar again? SURE… I love the atmosphere here and the service was extraordinary. Follow me. Instagram @hoppincities Facebook: @hoppincities Twitter:...
Read moreI wish I could say we had a good evening & meal but unfortunately we did not.
The restaurant was packed so we were completely aware that delays were to be expected, but that did not explain why after waiting 20 minutes waiting for our two appetizers we were then told they were out of one. What took 20 minutes???
Ok so no big deal we had ordered a second app anyway so we figured that one was going to be delivered shortly. So we just ordered an additional app to replace the first one and ordered more wine.
After sitting for another 10 minutes I couldn't help but be annoyed so I asked to speak to the manager. Dominick came to the table and apologized stating that they were completely overwhelmed that evening but would take care of us for the delay. It was a pleasant conversation so we drank our wine and continued to wait.
Well we waited an additional 20 minutes and BOTH appetizers came out at the same time!!! How did they manage to mess that up???
Completely frustrated we decided to pass on ordering dinner or dessert and just asked for a check.
I won't deny that after Dominick said he would take care of us we did expect at least a little something, maybe a glass of wine or a simple dessert, but absolutely NOTHING.
We paid the check and as we were leaving we literally walked right in front of Dominick and he never said a word to us!
VERY doubtful we will ever return.
And for the record I have never ever written a bad review like...
Read moreWe have been to Salute Market numerous times and it never disappoints . Usually we opt for their amazing happy hour but last night decided on a date night relaxing dinner which is what we had. Our server , I’m sorry I apologize not good with names, he was a tall gentleman with some tattoos. He was spot on with everything. The manager , again apologize don’t remember his name, moved us from a small table to a larger table for comfort and not at our request it was his sole decision which I find quite appealing. We started with cocktails which were perfectly mixed . Moved on to the pretzel stick appetizer excellent. Main course my wife had the burger which was delicious and cooked exactly as ordered the fries were extra crispy just perfect. I chose the half rack of ribs. These ribs were one of the best racks I’ve ever had. The meat was plentiful and cooked perfect while the barbecue sauce was sweet and smoky delicious . They served a cornbread with a cream cheese spread . I’ve never had any cornbread or spread taste quite as good. We had no room for desert unfortunately. They also had a very good guitar duo who made the evening relaxing and enjoyable . Of course we will be back and I highly recommend Salute Market. Thank you Salute and please keep up...
