Best Starbucks! Sure sometimes you have to wait but it's a coffee shop not a fast food restaurant. You can sit down and enjoy the music and relax while they make your coffee. The staff is super friendly as long as you show the same kindness to them. (Which they deserve) they take care of mobile orders really well and actually have a person designated to the station most of the time so you arent left with a messed up order. If you become a regular too you become family! Lovely environment that they create
For the best experience here or at any Starbucks just make sure to be kind and respectful. Realize things take time and just because you're in a hurry doesnt mean it is all of a sudden made at the snap of your fingers. It's a busy location so there will probably be a wait time so plan ahead and dont get upset if you're late to something. Unless they take forever it's probably your own fault that you're late from not planning ahead. Also they have no control most the time of when they run out of things and complaining wont make it just magically show up. Politely inform them and just go on with your day. Maybe try...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been to probably hundreds of Starbucks at this point in my life, and this one is the slowest and most poorly managed of them all. They are always slow - whether it's packed with people or you're the only one. Once received, my drink is usually good. I've also experienced poor management, or what I assume is poor management. They have been out of things on more than one occasion. There was also a day I went in and they hadn't received their paper products shipment so no napkins, no paper towels, no nothing for the customers or employees. This store is in the same complex as a Publix and CVS. While perhaps Starbucks has a rule about not using non-branded napkins, you seriously would rather drop your customer service than go buy some rolls of paper towels so your employees can do their job better and customers can be satisfied? Problem...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited to try the new Cortado, which Iāve been waiting for for over 10 years. When I received it, I looked and I could see that it was not whole milk and I asked and I was told that it was whole milk, but I know that it wasnāt. The second visit I again ordered a Cortado, but they ran out of short cups so I was given the drink in a tall cup and it had a ltoo much milk so it wasnāt the right flavor. I asked for another one with less milk and then got one with too little milk. very frustrating we canāt get this new drink right after three attempts. Went to another Starbucks I asked them what milk they used. They said low-fat milk. I believe that is incorrect. Cortado is made with whole milk. I hope Starbucks can get this thing right eventually. What a...
