During my long term stay I endured a lot of issues - loud noise, people smoking weed & cigarettes who were in and out the very loud side doors / stair cases at all hours . All types of sketchy individuals sitting in their cars doing strange activities. I was witness to putting someone staying there in jail and having him trespassed over being overly intoxicated, and another lady and her boyfriend who fought continuously and were in and out on drugs being kicked out over domestic issues, having a dog there and not being charged - yet I never complained. However the Owner/ Manager, Milin ( who lives on the property , as well as other family members who walk around all day listening to conversations) decided that after I stayed there over a month, stayed quiet , clean , loyal and never had an issue paying, to start making a point to collect a deposit which they had not done initially upon my arrival , and then to tell his front desk staff that they are not to allow me to stay anymore. He gave no explanation or solid reason as to why other than “ we aren’t even charging her anything for her cats” which are documented service / ESA pets with paperwork . He didn’t like the fact that they got cat hair on the curtains so I was told .. honestly had I noticed I would have been more than happy to simply roll them with my roller for the cat hair . Instead of talking to me about it and giving me the opportunity to resolve he just wants me out of his hotel . Which is why he will have to continuously run “ specials “ and have those other types of people here because he rather run out the quality ones over petty things . Other than that amongst other things, the rooms are extremely outdated , Internet doesn’t ever connect , water smells awful like sewer water, carpets need cleaning , rooms are damp, sheets are damp, dehumidifier has to be run constantly and emptied several times a day, windows moldy , lamp shades and other items broken and need replacing , my ac unit did not turn off unless I turned it off manually , whereas he was concerned with some cat hair ? Ridiculous. It was more of a job staying there , at least in the room that I was in.
He charges 2-3$ for mini waters and other mini items at the front desk , and has 1 washer machine for the entire building which is not complimentary either . I tried to establish a business relationship and make the best of the situation but Milin made that impossible by choosing to be petty and not professional . He is more concerned with his daily rate and a few dollars than what’s important long term . I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I ever return . Furthermore although I realize every Best western is individually owned and operated however , I’ll still be writing to the corporate office regarding my...

Read moreBest Western I began my stay with having a rather rude woman answer the phone the day before, when I called about seeing if I could get an early check in due to my flight arriving at 11am. She was very short and kept interrupting me when I tried to explain the situation, I guess she didn’t care. I just said forget it and didn’t even try to check in early. Luckily the man working during my check in was somewhat more friendly. I got the top floor as requested because I hate dealing with noise issues at hotels when I’m trying to sleep. The room was decent. Carpet was stained quite a bit and the room is a little outdated but overall it was decent. The bed was very thin. I could feel the springs when I sat down, but luckily it wasn’t too bad when I laid completely down. Definitely need new mattresses or at least an egg crate or some kind of topper. The bathroom was very small but it was just me so I didn’t mind. The shower is extremely difficult to shave your legs in. There is no where to put any of your stuff but a teeny, tiny shelf that held my razor and soap, and that was it. The water pressure was very light, making my hair washing process a lot longer than usual. Fast forward to Thur night, someone was vaping on the 3rd floor and set the fire alarm off around 1130pm when I was sound asleep. It scared me because it was so loud and woke me up, and I was afraid there was actually a fire. Now the fun begins, 445am and here we go again. Why was this person not asked to leave?! I can’t check in early but this person can vape all they want. I know the first time was not the hotels fault, but the second time absolutely could’ve been avoided. My last issue, every door in this place slams shut. There is no spring or anything that slows them down, but a big, loud, slam, unless you hold it all the way til it closes. Which, no one does. I was woken up multiple times through the night with people coming up the stairs and that door slamming and all the people going in and out of their rooms. It seems it would be easy fix. I would definitely come back because most of these things are being nit picky. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located to anything you’d want to do, minutes from the beautiful, Juno Beach with crystal clear water, and minutes from The Gardens Mall. I’ll be back in hopes of a little bit quieter...
