Copper Lotus Café & Bistro — Restaurant in Palm Coast

In my travels from Palm Beach county, I always try to scout out good breakfast and lunch places. Well I found this gem and am so glad I did. Located on the 2nd floor of the Town Center Medical building it was right off the elevator. As I was running toward later in the day, I ordered the Litus Wrap on the recommendation of the pleasant girl at the register, who assisted me in making suggestions. Excellent choice. Freshly made and delivered to my table in the front room, served with a bag of chips or popcorn, I was very impressed. The food was excellent. I discovered this place a few months ago and have not stopped coming here since. I eat here 1-2 times a week. I’ve had almost everything on the menu and everything is delicious. I’ve introduced Copper Lotus to my boyfriend and family and they all come here when they can. My monthly menu item obsession rotates. Right now, the chicken Cesar salad in a wrap is my fixation. The chicken salad is always a must when it’s on the menu too! Visit Copper Lotus Cafe for breakfast and/or lunch. You won’t be disappointed! I love this place!

Rise and Shine! This Cafe is a great place to grab breakfast. Both my wife and I enjoyed the rise and shine breakfast which includes 2 eggs, toast and choice of sausage or bacon. I had the bacon option, my wife had the sausage. The breakfast was great. They toasted the bread on the griddle for us which was excellent.
