I am not one to leave a review none the less a negative review, I have been to this establishment several times with terrific service and food, tonight however was the deciding factor to never return! First let me say it started with customers smoking in front of the building, granted I do not have breathing issues but there are people who do and well plenty of children around. Next let’s discuss our server Terry-Lynn, please understand I used to be a server I know what it’s like to have to go into the walk in cooler and cry my eyes out because of a guest; first typically unknown who is paying the bill but when a man is present he will, especially a family. Tonight that wasn’t the case, my other half deserves to be taken care of as much as I do and we both work our butts off, tonight I paid, he was treated as you would expect, however my girls and me were treated like transients asking for a glass of water in a formal restaurant, highly unacceptable!! Was told I could not have my steak cooked a certain way even though I have had same dish cooked the way I was asking before at the same place several times, ok I’ll settle on Medium. Fast forward to food arriving and said steak was more of a rare, luckily for me a little extra redness doesn’t bother me and I ate it…. Half way done with said steak and said server Terry-Lynn strolls up and asks how it is, my response was “rare didn’t ask for it but I’ll eat it obviously”. I was over dinner at this point and attitude from server, I’m not snappy but I’m paying for a service and it was horrible. She responds with I can have them throw it back on the grill, no it’s ok!! It was half gone I’d rather have a perfectly cooked one in a box to go then sit there any longer. Fast forward 5 minutes and she returns to ask if we needed boxes meanwhile my girls drinks are empty and have been since before you asked how our food was, I responded with no please bring the check and more kids drinks please. Drinks come from another server and finally check comes. Horrible food horrible service clearly not a satisfied customer and still charged for my steak that was left there and the side as well. If I could give a negative review on her service and how this location has gone down the drain in the short time it’s been there I would!! I refused to voice my concerns to management due to 1. My children being there and I teach them to spread kindness 2. I was OVER THIS DINNER. 3. Maybe corporate America would be a better profession where she would definitely flourish with a snappy attitude while talking to customers. 4. Google needs to allow negative stars because this deserves a negative star or -5.

Side note yes I left a tip granted 11% instead of my customary 30%+ because everyone has bills to pay.

Lastly I will travel elsewhere before returning to this location or even go to Texas...

UPDATE: Did To Go instead of dining in and pick up.service was easy, fast and convenient. Food was ready on time and prepared as ordered. Plenty of pick up numbered parking & check in was easy. Changing stars to 5 for service & quality. Ordered the bone in ribeye and the porterhouse with lobster, caesar salad, mac & cheese and loaded baked potato. Got home, set the table and food was well seasoned, still hot and initially cooked to perfection at pick up. A little disappointed that we should have ordered the steaks a little less done than medium as by the time we got home they were almost well done. Still delicious and tender and juicy. Bottom line, dining in or take out/to go its obvious there is kitchen QA and great service.

Waited a long time for the opening & then waited a couple of weeks for the crowd & long wait times to decrease. Has all the cleanliness and bright sparkly new decor of a built from the ground new restaurant so no surprises there. The front of the house greeting station seemed a little hectic if there's alot of people waiting so probably could use more space. The front greeter was warm & welcoming and handed us over to a cheerful server. Seating tables is a tad too close together for me, but was comfortable and clean and was a pleasure to sit with spanking new unsticky condiments. Was not a special occasion, the four of us just out for a long awaited great steak dinner. We all ordered the fire grilled bone in ribeye medium well, mac & cheese with the delicious bacon & 4 cheeses. Other than variances in the degrees of "medium" doneness (mine was almost welldone & another was barely medium), the steaks were delicious & seasoned well. The food appeared and looked exactly like the menu - presentation was spot on. Our server checked on us without us searching for her and she was very familiar with the menu so was able to give us good recommendations that sounded real. For a newly opened restaurant service seemed smooth and the servers were friendly and seemed well trained. Of the three chains (Outback, Texas Roadhouse), Longhorn is my preferred chain steakhouse so I am happy to have one opened close by. Parking is adequate but could use a couple more handicapped spaces. Bonus: location is key. Despite being immediately in front of the newly built BJs & next to new Miller Ale House and right across from the I-95 access ramps, the new traffic light helps to keep entry/exit moving. Tip - dont try to enter at the left median turn facing oncoming traffic, just drive the barely 200 feet to the traffic light and make the legal U turn or enter at the...

We visited LongHorn Steakhouse in Palm Coast with my family around 5:00 PM. The restaurant wasn’t terribly busy, with several empty tables visible. When I approached the host stand and requested a table for five, the first host asked “booth or table,” but before I could respond, the second host abruptly yelled, “We don’t have any more booths available,” even though I could clearly see 3–4 clean and open booths. I said I’d take whatever was available.

We waited about 15 minutes before being seated near the entrance and host stand. Once seated, we waited another 15 minutes before our server arrived. He admitted he hadn’t seen us and “hoped we hadn’t been waiting long,” despite passing by our table multiple times serving other guests.

We ordered drinks and an appetizer. The kids’ drinks came promptly, but our bar drinks took over 15 minutes — long enough for us to receive our appetizer, order our main courses, and eat salads before they arrived. We had to ask for bread to be brought to the table, and when it was gone, we requested more but never received it.

When the entrées came, everything looked good except my steak. I had ordered it medium well, but it was served medium rare. I waited for the server to check back, but he didn’t return until most of my family had finished eating. When I explained, his response was, “I don’t know what to say because I put it in the kitchen as medium well.” No offer to take it back. I don’t send food back to kitchens, so I simply didn’t eat my entrée.

No manager ever came by to check on us. When the bill came, the server said the manager would offer one dessert to share for the steak issue. One dessert for five people — for the fact that I didn’t even get to eat dinner. I declined. The server later said he removed the appetizer from the bill, and that’s “all he could do.”

Additionally, from our table near the host stand, I overheard the manager refusing to seat a party of eight until all members arrived — understandable policy — but a table for eight sat clean, set, and empty for 30+ minutes while the partial party waited outside, unsure if the rest were coming back. That’s inefficient seating and a wasted table during the dinner rush.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience — slow service, unprofessional host interaction, long delays on drinks, undercooked food, and lackluster management response. We’ve been waiting a long time for more dining options in Palm Coast, and I’ve always loved LongHorn, but after this visit, I won’t be returning...

We live in Bunnell and love the fact that we are barely a hop and a skip to dinner! Absolutely amazing atmosphere! We were seated pretty quickly to a high top in the bar area. We loved getting to order our drinks and food quickly! We ordered a lot of food! The Tonion, Wildin' Shrimp, the Stuffed Mushrooms were all delicious! You can tell they are fried in Beef Tallow, which is a huge win! The Lobster and Shrimp Chowder was steamy hot, which was great to give me time to dip my bread in it to still taste and eat! For dinner we ordered the Longhorn (Porterhouse) cooked to perfection of medium rare, and the most Devine lamb chops I have found in a while! My greatest thanks to the Chef for knowing how to grill correctly! Thank you for a wonderful time and we can't wait to be back a lot more!
