I have been to plenty of Tijuana Flats in my life and Palm Coast getting one was very exciting! The menu has definitely changed since the last time I was at Tijuana Flats no longer having Tostadas and some other items. The Sauce bar seems smaller too with less to select from. We ordered two burritos and two tacos this time around. With this being brand new we did wait a little bit but when the food did arrive it was hot! “Banging Chicken Burrito” The wife ordered the banging chicken burrito and was no where near as spicy as it used to be. Tasted more like orange chicken. Was she not a fan with this menu item. “Beef Burrito Wet” The Beef Burrito is always a safe play at any restaurant so I went with this. The burrito was good, wish they had more of a Bierra option like most restaurants do now. The only down side for our meals was the lack of nachos they handed out. I don’t know if this was because they were new or just the usual portions now. My only big negative is when cups were being filled the employees were putting their hands inside them while grabbing. I’ll definitely check them out again once the newness wears off.

My first visit was excellent.... The tacos were great, the service was on point and friendly, given how busy they were at 530 pm ... not to mention the place was clean. This one is definitely smaller compared to some of their other locations I've been too but don't let stop you from trying it out. My only knock is that I want more cool art and local artist wall mural paintings like the others that makes it feel unique. For those who don't know about Tijuana Flats... Please see below: Tijuana Flats is a vibrant Tex-Mex restaurant chain known for its delicious and customizable menu offerings, including flavorful burritos, tacos, and fresh salads. With its lively atmosphere and friendly staff, Tijuana Flats provides a fun dining experience for customers of all ages. Whether you're craving spicy heat or mild flavors, Tijuana Flats has something to satisfy every palate, making it a popular choice for Tex-Mex enthusiasts everywhere.

Our first visit was fantastic! We came around lunchtime during the week, they were slightly busy. It did not take us long to put in our order or get our food. The portion size is huge! Takes a little of the sting out of the price. From when you walk in, you were greeted to when you take your order to when you receive your order, the entire staff is always checking in to make sure you have everything you need but they are not overwhelming. It’s a nice balance. They have a variety of different sauces for you to try with descriptions above the pump for you to decide if it’s for you. I got the steak and rice burrito minus the beans add the gold sauce. My husband got the shrimp bowl we shared and both dishes were 10/10! We also ended up getting the 24 karat gold dip which was delicious as well.

I don't understand why these franchises hire people in as mangers unexperienced clearly Juan Hi and do not know how to handle their staff and or their customers. As a person who has managed business in the food industry there is no reason why a staff who isn't supplied with the correct "TO GO" Supply to be yelled at by a consumer and then fired? ON TOP of that explain the logic behind having over bearing lobby music to were your employees cant speak to customers. New place or not , this Tijuana Flats needs serious REmanagement. Nobody can call themselves a manager and then fire an employee for supplying a rude consumer who was not in her rights and the employee still did what she NEEDED to do to satisfy the customer even though you couldn't do the simple job of telling your night employees to do their job and keep the area ready for morning shift AND do your daily restocking for the business your running. How do you suppose one employee can run a team job? Can you run that restaurant by yourself Juan? then don't expect one teenager...
