Just left chipotle and had to write a review of the horrible service. I had actually went in there last night to get food and the young girl was not friendly and rushed me down the line. I asked for a large bag of chips and she said they only had regular at the moment...fine I said I would take it; focused on paying and she shoved the bag my way and said "you're good to go." I left and when I got to work the next day I realized that not only were the chips missing BUT my order wasn't right. I got in after work and was greeted by a lovely African American girl whom after I explained my plight to said, "oh no, let me remake it for you" and started to do that. Midway through this heavyset older woman with glasses stared at the girl and demanded what was going on. The young girl said a remake, the woman looked at me with an attitude and said "did you call?" (I had actually called 3 times but it was an automated system) I said yes but no one answered. She smirked AGAIN and yelled for manager, a young blond girl. They basically both had the same nasty attitude as the girl said "oh they messed up the order while you were on line?" I said yes because the girl yesterday pretty much had the same attitude you guys have. The heavyset older woman threw the chips in the bag took my receipt and said "there you go." Now I usually don't like playing the race card but considering how they were acting towards their coworker and then to me as if we were in cahoots to get a free meal rubbed me the wrong way. The older lady for sure shouldn't have made it awkward for the girl who was trying to fix a mistake on their part and the manager definitely needs some training in customer service. Either way, I hope no one has to experience that kind of terrible service when they were in the...
Read moreDelicious food, a pleasing ambiance, and fantastic service. I have not had the opportunity to enjoy Chipotle in years since I moved from NY to FL. I was very excited to try the new installation in Palm Coast, and it did not disappoint- in fact, the staff there went beyond my expectation. I am the odd Hispanic woman who does not care for cilantro or beans; the first young lady who began my order was more than accommodating in going back to get plain white rice for my burrito (the kind readily available at the counter is cilantro-lime). Then moving down to the lady who was adding toppings, she offered the salsa and I politely declined because that has cilantro as well. A gentleman who seemed to be a supervisor or manager heard the exchange and immediately offered to retrieve a serving of plain diced tomatoes from their refrigerator for me, and he told me to never hesitate to ask. I truly appreciate the desire they have to give customers a good experience and have them come back for more. We all know some places that have a "take it or leave it" attitude when it comes to food service, but not at Chipotle Palm Coast. I will definitely be back to treat...
Read moreI have visited this Chipotle on numerous occasions and while I'm there the cell service is so horrible in this restaurant that I can never use my rewards from the App. Today I went to the location with my daughter and we attempted to use our rewards but, couldn't because of the poor cellular signal and without them having wifi it's impossible. So we asked the cashier could we give her the coupon code she said no and accused us of trying to use the coupon multiple times. She was very rude and had a poor attitude towards us. I'm a disabled veteran and my daughter is a nurse and we chose Chipotle to spend some time together but, never again will I allow myself to be disrespected by some bitter employee. Employees with poor customer service skills shouldn't be the last point of contact for a patron in your establishment. The rude cashier was an older lady and my respect for my elders would not allow me to check her, so I hope management looks into this issue. April 27,...
