Honestly wish I could've given 5 stars to this location. I'm extremely disappointed in the staff and their knowledge of the menu and common courtesy. Panera is let's all say it on the more expensive side. You are paying close to $8-$10 for a whole sandwich with some chips. The best deal is the pick 2 (If they have your soup) the drive thru is the worst. I have small children and sometimes getting out of the van and dragging them out is not an option. Anyway, I have been through 3 times in the past 2 months and each time there is something wrong. The first time the girl kept trying to give me 3 different people's orders and slamming the window on me each time. The 2nd time around all I wanted was a bagel and a papaya green tea and I got some pink drink and an uncut bagel thrown in the bag with a plastic knife. I asked them to give me the right drink and for some cream cheese she looked at me like I literally had 6 heads. The last time was today is was lunch time and the drive thru was a little long. I dont mind waiting because my daughter was asleep in the back. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich with chips no tomato and a large papaya tea. I was told there were no large cups not a big deal just charge me for a large and put it in 2 regular cups. And then I proceeded to order mac and cheese for my daughter which then she cut me off with my total and I asked her to add it. She told me she doesn't know how to do that it will be on a separate ticket. I thought okay no big deal just another swipe. Get to the window and the lady has 2 regular drinks filled with pink dragon fruit or something g other then the green papaya tea. She fixed those which were both filled with ice, I asked for no ice in both. So I have 2 cups with ice in the them and then she made another. But they charged me for 2 drinks instead of just one and then put a whole different order in my daughter's bag. With a baguette instead of an apple so I had to ask for a manager. Normally you cant find one there and today there were 2 at the window. This place needs some serious training. That or find someone other than high school kids just there for a paycheck. There are real people out there looking for jobs who are willing to smile the whole shift and put the effort in. Reviews would be higher and your customers would be happier. The worker had to get the cashed had to get the manger and she was no the phone I waited gift been mins. For the manger come out the office the more I waited the more pissoff I got. She finally comes out and say you order for catering I said yes. She says oh he is not here today the one who does the catering didn't the website tell her wasn't here today. I look at this fool I said no. Then the manger look the computer to make sure that I was telling the truth. And saw my order. We can make your order and just be a couple more mins. But she said that they don't carry the rest of my order in stock because the guy who does the catering not here today and he goes and get the rest the stuff at to goercy store. I said then I want my money back on the rest of my order. She act she didn't know how yo do that . I just look at her.she said that I can get one of my workers go to the gas station to get the rest of my order. I said ok. So the manger got one of the workers go to gas station to get the rest of the order. So I had to wait for that then they started to make sandwich then manger looks at my order online and says we are out of the bread that I wanted I asked for whole wheat instead of seamen smoline. I was so hard not go off on her because there were kids around. While I waited for my order this fool of a manger tells me we don't usually look small catering orders. For next time form the rapid order instead of ordering from the catering part selection ok. I did not say anything. I was so pissoff all I say was red. I kept my mouth suit the manger not of called the cops on me. I wanted really stranger her. But didnt. Time went buy the worker still hadn't bring back rest my order at the gas station 45 mins later the worker comes back with rest of my order witch they did not at the gas station so the subuted for something else I took it. Read moreFirst time ordering bakery items online using Panera website and what a disaster. Placed my order for bagels, schmear, danish ring and cinnamon raisin bread at noon and indicated pick up at 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:30 to an associate who had no idea about my order, found the order slip and set about "picking" the items, only to discover there were not enough bagels, and not enough containers of schmear. Apparently when you order online and indicate a future pick up time, the order doesn't get filled until you come in and by 5:30pm the bakery selection was slim pickins. Spoke to manager who said sorry and after me repeating three times that this was not going to work for me, and realizing I wasnt just going away with half my order (which was prepaid by the way), manager volunteered to "bake" some more bagels. Returned to store 30 minutes later, waited in line and was given a large bag and was told that "everything was in there." Took bag to car, opened bag to double check and the only items in the bag were the bagels. No danish ring and no cinnamon bread. Brought bag back into store, spoke to manager again stating I was still missing the danish ring and bread. Manager and associate went into the back. A few short minutes later manager comes out and says apologetically that there are no danish rings and that they only give the store one box of the danish ring per day. I had them refund the cost of the danish ring and then asked for a receipt and was told there was no customer receipt on these online orders and she photo copies the store receipt for me. Summary: Do not order food online even though their website provides this option. PS: Oh, and the manager said since she was baking more bagels she would give me 3 extra bagels since the order was messed up. Never put those extra bagels in my bag.
