Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Coast

I placed a phone order for pickup. The man taking it seemed to struggle to understand the order. I ordered an Itaiiano, no tomato, onion, or banana peppers, add lettuce, and dressing on the side. When I got to the restaurant, there was one person working. He appeared to be taking orders, taking payments for pickup orders, and making the food. A short time later, the manager, who was delivering orders came in and left again with an order. The guy making my order never said a word to me questioning what I ordered. He brought it to me, I paid, and left. When I got home, the sub felt really light, and when I unwrapped it, it was literally a sub roll with lettuce on it. I don't see where I can add my picture, but I paid $9.99 for a lettuce sub. I called and spoke to the manager. He told me I had the guy take off all the toppings, and appeared to be making excuses for the guy. I said that is not how I ordered it, and that I went over it 3 times. I wouldn't order a lettuce sub. I will say, the manager fixed my order, he had the sub remade correctly AND delivered it to me, which is outside their delivery zone. Last night I called your store to order a pizza special priced at $6.99 that we have seen on T.V. commercials for weeks now. Last night we saw it again and decided to have pizza for a late dinner. Just to make it clear, on the left-hand side of your Facebook page, I see a special for a medium pizza 1 topping for $6.99. When I called I spoke to a man there who told me that you were not offering that special anymore since it was for a limited time only. I said to him then why is it being advertised on TV if it was for a limited time only. I just saw it on TV. He really could not answer the question he referred me to the website. I should have asked for a manager right then and there but I did not ( that was my bad ) I was going to go to another pizzeria but my husband ended up ordering from you anyway for I believe was a small or medium pizza at a cost of about $15.00. I ordered a pizza at the Palm Coast Florida location it was a medium cheese pizza approximately 45 to 60 minutes after we ordered it we called to see where it was they said it would be here soon we waited another 15 minutes and called back and spoke to the manager AJ my daughter was clearly upset and he told her that it just left the building it’ll be there in 10 minutes which is what we had been told previously she said we’ll maybe I’d rather not have it at all he replied with heard and hung up.
