Rating a 2 star due to the posted "deals" on the website and on their wall are not what is actually do. When you walk in, in person, the host changes up the deal. For example: I went today. Today is Wednesday. "6 phatties for $13" per website & on their wall

Well the clerk tells you "What is on or catalog for the day is 7 phatties and a drink for 17" Okay....? Drinks must not be selling so well so they force them on you through the "deals" now?? Ummm. Milk and lemonade. Milk I understand.....it's a cookie store. Cool. Can't drink it though due to lactose intolerance and lemonade don't sound so good with keto (low carb no sugar?) cookies. (At least for me) (Doing keto, keto doesn't do Milk or lemonade)

So I pay. Bam. $20. I ended up paying $20 instead of $13....

Be careful y'all. The switcheroo is real here. Then I again I guess it goes with their theme. Like any dealer, they get you hooked on their supply but before you know, the yeyo 70% flour, 30% coca (that's what the kids call it now right?)

Cookies be good though. In all reality the cookies are bomb but the drink choices (the purple milk [purple drank] and lemonade) and this new switcheroo thing....nah. I'm gonna stay away for a while. Also idk about dry cookies, evwrytime I've gotten them they've been...

It started good when they opened, downhill FAST since! The associate admitted they reuse the SAME COOKIES for up to SIX DAYS!!! We went in 10 minutes before closing and EVERY flavor was in stock! That means next day those are going to be sold… at full price. Any other legit bakery sells day old fresh Cookies on CLEARANCE. That also means that the least popular cookies will be the most stale! Chocolate chip may be good, but a less popular one? Stale. Work on your inventory management! It’s pretty basic! Cutting costs with shortcuts will end in a loss eventually. You already may have lost a local customer in us. It’s better to run out of delicious fresh cookies, than to serve six day old stale ones! It’s inventory 101!

The last several times we went, they were stale and very very unenjoyable. Cook them fresh...

Worker was polite and helpful. She said the cookies were baked this morning which for me unfortunately it’s hard to believe. Once I saw the cookies I didn’t even opt out for not getting any. I opted out for getting one less cookie because I saw that they were older and overcooked. It was offered for the pastries to be warmed up, however I didn’t want them warmed up because I like to eat them later as a sweet treat. Once I got in my car I tried both flavors and they were rocksolid. Way to old to be sold. I’ve had these cookies before and I love these cookies but unfortunately I won’t be returning. $15 for three cookies is the new normal I get it, but it would be nice if the consistency was there. Annoying having to have paid $15 for olddd cookiessss whatttt im upset. Was really looking forward to...
