Update: I can't believe reply of this store is so rude. I took my whole family to Palm Spring to spend weekend. The only reason I order here is because it is close to JW Marriot where we stayed that night, how possible you can suspect your customer of cheating to get two free drinks!
1, Hope your store camera has audio as well, that you can hear I had said very clearly "hot", and twice on the first and second order. And you said nothing but ordered cold. Of course your note had ice drink because you are careless and typed wrong.
2, Why do you skip the comment you silently add more charge for the large drink without asking me? Who is cheating?
3, I opened the bag and saw 3 drinks in your store and left to my car, when I trying to grab the only cold drink for myself, I felt worried because all 3 drinks are cold, which is wrong. And so I went back to clarify with you. And you told me no hot milk tea, and you can refund. Then I have to go back to my car to take my phone to call my family and ask their idea. And that's why I returned with decision of refund because they don't want cold drink. These details has nothing to do to defend you. You made the wrong order, that's simple. Actually just because of this wrong order issue, I have to call and come back and forth to solve it. It is 8,9PM and 3 adults and 2 kids were waiting for me to bring food and drink back.
4, During the whole process, I said zero of keeping the wrong drinks because I know it is your right to take them back. Also it is my option to share what a good service could be. It is not acceptable at all to suspect your customer especially when you made the mistake. I can't believe Ding Tea can tolerance it.
Service is not good enough. I ordered hot milk tea, but they gave me cold. Service said milk tea can't make hot; they should let me know when I placed the order, I slowly and clearly said hot. Besides, all drinks are large and they never asked me about the choice. I will go large but service should let customer decide. In the end I got refund of the wrong order, and service took the drink back while in my past experience store usually will leave the wrong orders to customer as a gift if they made...
Read moreMy 11 year old daughter and I checked out their menu online before driving down there as she wanted a green apple flavored drink they had posted. The drink pictured looked mint green color and kind of milky. When we arrived we checked the wall menu and didn't see what we saw online so we asked the two girls working there and they said that they could make it and that it was a green apple tea with boba. Now I am not a boba fan at all so I ordered a passion fruit iced tea. When we got our drinks mine was pretty gross but my daughters was totally undrinkable. It was not green nor did it taste like green apple anything. So I went back to the girls at the counter to tell them that my daughters drink was not what we wanted and she basically said “too bad because that’s what I ordered.” I explain to her that I was pretty clear that we wanted the green one from the picture we saw online that i showed her . She then rudely said “ fine I’ll make it for you “ and then she tried to charge me again for the other drink. Now I had already spent well over $10 for two drinks that we’re gonna be going straight to the trash because both were totally undrinkable and I was shocked. Both young ladies were extremely rude and they said that it’s not their problem they cannot exchange or refund because that’s what we ordered and its not their fault. This place has terrible customer service and not only will I never go there again but also I will make sure that everyone I know is aware of what happened to me so that no one else goes there and...
Read moreSo my daughter & I enjoy Boba all over the country and I’ve had Boba in Japan as well. This place really caught my eye because it’s super cute. It’s in a strip mall with Rite Aid and Ralph’s and is super convenient to our villa. Our service with the first girl that took the order was fine except for she doesn’t really listen when you’re speaking so she didn’t understand what I was ordering so when I went to pick up the order, it was totally different from what I ordered. Upon tasting my daughter’s Thai milk tea I decided not to go with 50% sugar and told the person that was making it to go ahead and do full sugar because it tasted like there was no sugar in my daughters which was a full sugar. So the person making the tea acknowledged she heard me. She also put it in not the plastic cup that typical milk tea is in and she said they don’t put the milk tea in the plastic cups so she proceeded to put it in a paper Cup. Let’s just say that my peach milk tea was probably the worst milk tea that I’ve ever had and it had absolutely no sweetness to it (and I don’t require much) so I don’t believe she put any sugar even though I asked for full sugar.
We will be in Palm Springs for about four more days but needless to say I will not be going back to this place. I will try to find something in the rest of the greater Palm Springs area if I need to cure my...
