Great staff, friendly atmosphere, fast service considering how busy they always are. Which is no surprise because their coffee and food is top notch. I assume the manager was running the tills on the morning of April 21/2025, went out of his way to give us a discount because we purchased two bags of beans to bring back home. Pretty terrible, definitely skip going here. We had coffee plus food, we got the coffees first and then they forgot about our food and gave us incomplete order - we had to ask three times for our complete order and we gave up and didn’t even bother asking for a croissant in the end - they definitely need a system for tracking orders(didn’t seem like there was any real order). I walked in asking him questions and I was treated like a queen. This is the second time that I’ve been at Coachella Valley, coffee Company, and this time I ordered a blended dirty chai with oat milk. It is delicious their employee, Gio Helped me and was even giving me food recommendations for around town. She went as far as to making me a list which is so considerate.
